I was told by a inn employee my rent will not charge as long as I fallow the guidelines set fourth by the administration, I followed to the letter and yet they almost doubled me rent and when I questioned it I was lied to and had to vacate the property, do not use inn storage

My son stored his belongings from April thru August. Very kind staff, everything was just as we left it! Easy move in - move out. I recommend and we will use again.

BEWARE! Everything I had in storage here for several years came out smelling of must! And when I asked for some adjustment to my storage fees so I could get it cleaned I was told by the young lady at the desk that it was "probably wet when you put it in." (For the record, my items were NOT wet when they were put there.)When you walk into the storage space from the garage area you are immediately surrounded by musty air. Take heed of what your nose is telling you and GO ELSEWHERE!

I had a miscommunication with them about the terms of my storage space lease and they ended up being extremely accommodating. That is the benefit of going to a locally owned place like this over a big corporation.

I was directed to this facility to recover the last of my brothers estate. The owner Dale was a huge help to me while dealing with a Mich lawyer as I live in Florida. Once I got here the staff was helpful and courteous and the indoor storage was very clean and orderly.

Great deals for students needing somewhere to park during the school year. Not too far out of the way if you only use your car every once in awhile plus it is very accessible from the bus routes. The staff are amazing, incredibly friendly, and super helpful. When I accidentally killed my battery in the middle of the winter they were there to help me jump it and I was on my way within 15 minutes! I highly recommend them.
