I failed to notice the customer-service buzzer at the check-out counter. When I walked to the back to request assistance I was promptly alerted to its existence. Nice to know in case I ever stumble in there by accident at no time in the future.

I really liked this place, but my last experience was pretty yuck. I was told for weeks by people that worked there that there was going to be an awesome Labor Day weekend sale…. That was not the case. Fabrics normally 12.99 were on sale for 9.99 which isn’t even as good as a normal weekend sale price… most of the store was like that. Then, I gave them my email… showed them the coupon on my phone, because in spite of having had that email in Joann’s system for over a decade… and showing it logged into my Joann account on my phone, they said they needed a “new” email address… nope…. Ended up spending way too much. Not worth the drive. Then she printed out coupons after…. I won’t be back any time soon.It’s just very lame that they couldn’t even honor the coupon price when I’m literally showing her a coupon on my phone…. It was a very weird interaction.Also, I had my six-year old with me… they wouldn’t let him use the potty… told us to use the pet store next door, and those restrooms apparently hadn’t been available to the public in ages, so another waste of time. I don’t care if it’s a pandemic…. A masked child should be allowed to use the restroom at any store…, it’s pretty effed up to not allow that.

Very low stock of so many items. Clerk was not friendly and handed my friend a pile of bills and change going every which way. Needless to say,coins ended up rolling everywhere
