I AM SO EXCITED TO BE BANKING WITH THIS BRANCH! Amina, Alex and Mandeep treated me like I was a millionaire(maybe I am in training??). They gave me over the top, kind & professional customer service. Amina took extra time and even helped find the right checking and savings plan for me.Alright, so my first transaction had a few extra zeros and some timing issues. When I say they went out of their way to eliminate my concerns and accommodate my needs; I truly left feeling proud to be part of KeyBank.?If you have a Business-I encourage you to call and ask for the Current special going on for New Accounts. Worst bank I have ever been to in my LIFE and I have been with many different banks! I have had payments on other vehicles in the past and no matter what bank I am with have always been able to skip a payment for the holidays. (Which why wouldn't I be able to it only makes me pay more in the long run anyways so why not let me?) They do offer this just not for me.. which is of no help to me, even though I was told it was possible 3 times before speaking with a manager who was supposed to set it up and instead told me no. PLEASE PLEASE anyone who is looking for a bank PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Beyond all of that their customer services is TERRIBLE very rude, in a hurry to get off the phone and clearly also misinformed. Can't wait to pay this car off and NEVER BANK WITH KEYBANK AGAIN!!!

Susan Cabella at this Branch (Plymouth Road Key Bank) wasted my time selling me a product without telling me about fees that made it useless to me. I asked plenty of questions, so she either does not know about what she is selling or was misleading me on purpose. She did not make it right when I told her about it.

I have been a customer with this bank for more than 10 years. They have shown a consistent indifference to their customers, including me. My local branch is this one, 2421 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor; I have also done some of the banking at their local headquarters downtown. Their online services are out of the 1990s, their tellers are rude and indifferent, and they are the only bank I have ever used that has actually had a drive up window make a mistake in delivering cash. I would recommend you find a bank that has better online services, unless you like to drive to your bank to visit with the rude insolent and unpleasant people who staff this bank. I'm going to another bank. I may find that it's just as bad - remember these are the same big banks that nearly ruined our economy in 2008 and have received zero punishment for it. But I can always hope.
