very quick and friendly, in and out in around 5 minutes for a blood draw test. the nurse was skilled with the blood draw.

This Labcorp location has excellent service. A HUGE shout out to Raven who was friendly, efficient, and excellent at drawing blood. Every patient that she encountered she had the same customer service (I observed her with 4 patients.) I hope her supervisors read this post.

I arrived at the LabCorp at 8:11 AM this past Friday. The kiosk check-in was easy and convenient. Loren was professional as she entered my information into the computer and I drew my labs. Would definitely recommend this facility for lab collection.

Very unprofessional if you are a business I would send your employees somewhere else,
The ladies are very rude and snide and it's only 10:00 a.m.
God forbid you can't use the bathroom and you get a rude remark
And then they watch you go outside to maybe get a breath and there's no warning signs saying your test will be forfeited anywhere in the building nor in their sign in kiosk nor employees
If possible zero Stars would be a understatement

The labcorp is inside the urgent care building, in a brown brick one story building. I was here for routine blood work on a Thursday morning. The ladies here were pleasant and efficient.

Receptionist was super passive aggressive and definitely muttered some things under her breath in front of me, her colleague who actually took my labs was kind, but it was uncomfortable to come in and immediately be met with passive aggression for not immediately being able to summon an email from thin air..... If you have other options go elsewhere or if you don't be prepared to wizard your Gmail account in .05 seconds....

I was here for a drug screening as a compliance requirement for my nursing school. I took two seconds finding an email with my registration number and the front desk person was horrendously snippy and rude to me. I am autistic and have a hard time finding information under pressure. I kept advocating for time and patience, but she wouldn't stop abusing me. I could barely drive home I was so shaken. She said she was having a "great day" before I walked in. ?

The absolutely worst professional staff I have encountered in years. Whether answering the phone, interacting in person - so rude, dismissive, could not care less about you. The kiosk check in system rarely works, so you have to talk to them at the window, and they act as though it's your fault and you're disturbing them by doing so. Avoid at all costs.

Rude and uncooperative.The receptionist was absolutely ghastly. Very rude to me, could not find my order in the system at first and talked to me as if I had caused some problem or was at fault. She finally found it, then informed me I had a small balance and could not do my test without paying it.I know this is untrue, I have promised to pay at the Dearborn location multiple times and was always allowed to without issue. And I always pay. I only asked to pay Friday this week but got further attitude and a scoff like I was some scumbag who should have known better.Absolutely horrid the way corporations that we are forced to use treat us patients.
