I just leased a Kia Sorento at LaFontaine Kia in Ypsilanti! I highly recommend this dealership and most importantly I highly recommend my salesperson, Kam. He walked me through the leasing process and made sure I understood everything, every step of the way. It was actually the first time I had a pleasant car leasing/buying experience ever! Kam arranged to have the car driven to my house and switched my plate right there. Everything was so easy, honestly. Kam called me a few days after I got my new car just to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions I might have had. I have leased/owned Ford cars all my life but I have never been treated so wonderfully at a car dealership as I was at LaFontaine with Kam! If I could give more stars than 5, I would!

Our trade-in was handled seamlessly, and Kam made sure every detail was taken care of with professionalism and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well but also goes above and beyond to make you feel valued as a customer—Kam absolutely delivered.

I have had experience with other Kia service and have found Ypsilanti‘s laud and Kia to be heads and shoulders over all others. Sam listens well, takes her time to let you know what needs to get done and by what time it will be done, and the service was superb. Also, it seemed to me that the first routine service was cheaper at La Fontaine, then at the other dealership. And their coffee machine was space age.

Everyone polite and very helpful. The car was new to me and they checked it out completely and showed how it worked. They even repaired minored door damage where driver door made a popping sound that the door made opening. I highly recommend this dealership.

My Sorento had been making this rumbling noise whenever in a turn in either direction. This had been going on for months and no other dealership I’d visited were able to figure out the cause. We recently moved here from Maryland still with this persistent problem, so we decided to try the closest Kia dealership near us which is LaFontaine Kia. LaFontaine figured out the problem almost immediately and ordered the replacement part which was covered by our warranty. Now we’re back to enjoying driving our car again. “Kudos” to LaFontaine Kia; you guys rock.
