I visited for the first time yesterday and what a beautiful shop with a welcoming and friendly staff! I loved everything there and found some Mother's Day gifts and a few items for my home. I'll definitely be returning soon. Two thumbs up!

We went to Leyla’s for wedding invitations and Leyla and the store ended up being an incredible resource and help with the wedding. The invitations were beautiful and she also got us gorgeous placecards (with names!) for two events, and personalized gifts. Incredibly responsive and always exceeded expectations.

Loved this charming store!Perfect for finding that special gift. The option to monogram bags and purses is a wonderful way to personalize gifts. The ladies in the store are super helpful and friendly. They always offer to giftwrap purchases! A must- visit for me, every time I am in Ann Arbor.

It is so nice to see another store in this spot. A lovely boutique store. While they have other items this store specializes in monogrammed and personalized gifts. The staff is so helpful and so welcoming. It'll light up your day to stop in at the Write Touch.

Very poor costumer service sadly the ladies were very rude and surprisingly the owner Leyla as well. I went in with high hopes however everyone in there was extremely rude as I was ignored and treated disrespectfully. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would recommend finding another place to go as I don’t recommend going her and will never come again!

If you are looking for meaningful, personalized gifts look no further. Leyla has so many options in her beautiful shop. You will find something for a new baby in the family, care package items for your distant living college student and so many great ideas for hostess, birthday gifts. I can never get out of the store without a few items for myself because she refreshes inventory often and there is always something that catches my eye. Tell her I sent you, :)
