I’ve had two encounters with this store and both have been wildly sub par. I called yesterday to see if they had an item in stock, specifically gave the woman the style number so that there was no confusion as to which item I was interested in. Drove an hour to pick it up and she put the wrong item on hold; they didn’t even have the item I wanted in stock. I worked retail for over a decade so I fully appreciate this is a demanding time of year… but come on. Help yourself minimize headaches.

Probably the best experience i’ve ever had clothes shopping. As a senior in college in need of professional clothing for the first time I came in extremely confused. However, T.K and Jen worked with me by laying out clothes for me to try until I left with an entire outfit that made me feel good as well as saying me the most money possible! Definitely recommend this store!!

I have been to this store multiple times recently and they’ve closed an hour early and don’t have the fitting rooms open. I get that places are short staffed but other stores in the mall don’t seem to have this problem. I’ll be driving to the Brighton location from now on.

The clothes are no longer good quality cotton. All acrylic and polyester and little selection.

A friend and I were treated very rudely by an employee at this location, I did not catch her name. We were ready to purchase items, but were told the store could not match the online price so we decided to order online and do store pick-up to get the sale price. We were also encouraged to do so by this employee who said she could have it ready in 20 minutes. I was okay with this option, but if it couldn’t be done I was okay with just shipping it to my home since I live an hour away. I did not need these items immediately. We did not receive any notification that our items were ready for pick-up so we walked into the store 10 minutes before close. This employee did not greet us and stated that “oh I have your items ready” while continuing to walk past us and not make eye contact. My friend could see her roll her eyes as she turned her back to walk towards the register. While at the register this employee checked us out. Instead of handing the bag to my friend this employee slid the bag on the counter at my friend almost knocking my phone off the counter. This employee did apologize, but her attitude was just horrible she did not say anything after ringing us up. My friend and I shop at this loft location often, I’m very disappointed in how we were treated today.

A friend and I were treated very rudely by an employee at this location, I did not catch her name. Small store, very beautiful clothes. However the employees were very neglectful of any customer who wasn't at the register cashing out.
