Outstanding service from both Gavin and Tati❤️ Gavin is knowledgeable and always giving me samples allowing me to try the product before I drop the bag at M.A.C and Tati beat this face down a few times making me feel like that BIH! Thank you both for the outstanding service I will make a trip back just for these two✨

Whoever the manager was is so friendly and really really helpful. She made sure my mom and I had the right shades and was the definition of good customer service! :-)

My daughter’s first day on the job with her new business internship and on the way finds a gaping seam hole in the slacks she bought from Macy’s (not enough time to turn around and change). She managed through the day undetected and promptly returned them to the store tonight for an exchange but the staff offered no compensation for the time or trouble. Seriously? I wasn’t expecting much, but nothing? Not good enough IMO.
