I cannot emphasize enough how positive my experience was in this location. I was buying jeans for an upcoming engagement shoot after weeks of going to different stores (including different Madewell locations) and trying on tons of different jeans with no success. Not only did I find super cute, flattering jeans - I received the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. Brittany and Emma helped me the whole way through - giving me styling advice, guidance on sizing /fit, and generally supported. I typically hate everything about the try on process - the hot lights, the line waiting, the guilt for creating more work for the employees, and of course, the body shame. Emma and Brittany never made me feel guilty for taking up a fitting room (for two hours) or for the multiple pairs of jeans that didn’t work out. I loved my experience and hope they know how much of a difference they made.

The staff, especially Craig, are great! My son’s girlfriend accidentally ordered him a youth hoodie, and needed to exchange it. We drove out to the store, and Craig was super helpful, friendly, and all around great!

As someone who used to work at Madewell, I love to pop into the store’s different locations. The women that work here are darling. They’re so incredibly helpful and great with recommending alternatives or helping with sizing. Will obviously be back!

Buyer beware!!! Terrible customer service, I have waited on a refund for well over a month to find out they issued the refund to a totally different card that I have never used with them but they state it’s the one they have on file which is incorrect, even sent them a screenshot of the transaction with the last 4 digits of the card I used. They will rip you off!!! Will never buy from them again.

Drove for an hour to get to your store when it opened. Arrived at 10 am. Store was closed. Someone showed up at 10:30 am and stated the store opens at 11am. Had other things to do today than wait for your employee to open the store when they feel like it.

So I placed an order totaling $900 including $35 for next day shipping because I really like the appeal. The ppl who chat with you when you hit the chat section on the site (Victoria D and Jill S)both supervisors (so they say) were very dismissive and rude after I told them have not receive my items after 3days. No email no text nothing . So Victoria tells me the package was lost IN TRANSIT meanwhile Fed Ex said they never received the package from TRUE RELIGION( also indicated on the fedex tracking …So lost????? I returned to the chat then got Jill who was left me In The chat for 15 min without saying anything .It’s not fair to be lied and treated this way to after you send so much of your hard earned money with this company for years….They issues a refund but after spending all that time shopping on line. That jus doesn’t sit well with me. , especially now since none of my sizes are available anymore. There goes my fall wardrobe. Thanks True Religion. You just lost a long time customer. No empathy no apologies nothing just rudeness and disregard.

The Manager ske he is completely terrible started to cuss at me and tried to not return my pants telling me that I can’t return them without a tag which isn’t in the corporate policy and I’m going to file complaint with true religion right now

The staff was so nice helping me find jeans!! They all checked on me in the changing room and helped me decide what size I needed and what looked good. I will definitely be shopping here more often as this has been one of the better shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time!!! Thank you!
