Horrible service. We spent 30 minutes waiting as other people received help. We talked to multiple people in order to receive service. Workers were standing around doing nothing even after we requested their service.

Went there to get 2 laptops for around 600-800 each couldnt get these guys to listen to a word i said went straight to trying to sell me over priced laptops with low start but aluminum frames for twice as much then started asking another rep on what i should get so i tried to engage with him thinking he would help me could even get him to look my way got pissed and asked to speak to a supervisor the fist guy would let me speak to him until he had his say. I finally got to speak to the Sup, but he was just as useless never tried to help me find a decent laptop for my price range i guess my 1600.00 wasn't up to snuff for them. got fed up and left there. I went to Walmart and got a Lenovo 16g DDR4 with 512 SSD Ryzen 7, 8 core laptop for 700 plus 3 year warranty from my good friends at all state! Suck on that Best buy!!

Not just a review. The worst customer experience in a store I have every experienced. Avoid this place at all cost. The so-called manager Desmond was so confrontational and borderline physically threatening. Best Buy after 2 hour -long phone calls is finally launching an investigation into his role. Desmond is still working at this store as of 2-2023.

I wouldn't give it 1. We bought an in wall microwave oven and we did not receive it and have been waiting all day. They came and got our old one out of the wall and no delivery of a new one. I have been on the phone for 2 hours and have called 5 different 800 numbers. I could not reach anyone in the store and after waiting 39 minutes to be transferred they hung up on me. The store said it's out for delivery. The delivery people said the store doesn't have it. And now I have absolutely no answers. I have wasted an entire day waiting for my oven that's was not delivered. Worst communication with their customers I have ever see.

We have asked 2 employees and made one phone call from store . . . . No worker available to make the sale. Less than 2 weeks before Christmas! This is worse than voicemail!

I have been going to this location and everyone is very friendly. My visit yesterday was exceptional. My husband and I was looking for a dishwasher and Jerome attended to us. He was very friendly, courteous and most importantly, very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and inquiries without being pushy just to sell. He also scheduled us with Brandon for a home consultation and he was equally wonderful as well. Thank you Jerome for being the best and stay the way you are! It's so hard to find people in sales that has a heart and knowledge for their customers!

My mouse stopped working well. I decided to try getting batteries at Best Buy, and to purchase a new mouse if the batteries didn't fix things. The batteries did the trick, as it turns out. However, what I was most impressed by was the customer service. Kaia was my check-out person. Like all the employees I saw, she was wearing a mask. I'm sure it is not easy wearing a mask during your entire shift. Kaia, your mask was awesome, thanks for your customer service!!

This Best Buy SUCKS. I was scammed into paying for a computer that domestic even work properly I was treated like garbage. When I arrived at the store I was completely ingored by the employees then I was sassed when asking simple questions. I originally came in there to buy a computer and ended up waiting 5 HOURS JUST for them to scan a label After finally purchasing a Open Box computer I got home turned it on and it didn't even function properly. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Lots of items on display, like televisions and cameras, that are out of stock. Workers on the floor really vary. Many of them ignore you because they're too busy talking to each other, and then a guy who is carrying something heavy stops and puts it down to ask if you need help (while three other guys nearby keep yakking with each other). It's like half the workers work and half just socialize with each other. No hand sanitizer like there is at a lot of stores.
