I used to shop at Marshall’s st their previous location at Arborland but the new one is dirty, don’t carry the same hair care products as previous location. New manager??? Everything is crammed together! It’s like shopping in the junky TJMaxx on Carpenter! I’ll find another one to spend my hard earned money!!

Very bad management attitude by Mrs. Nichole - I wanted to return an item with its receipt and box 4 days after purchase and the manager named Nichole unprofessionally refused to. She was sassy and almost wanted to fight. I went back a day later and as soon as I walked in, she talked to the cashier to not accept the return instead of letting other workers deal with it. The lady was very nice and politely refused because it was worn once. I managed to return it somewhere else! This is the only Marshall’s at Ann Arbor, and such behavior should not keep happening. Otherwise, the place will shut down like others did.

Standing in line right now with a ton of people in line and only one cashier. Other workers walking by but no one calling for help or offering to help. Crazy.

It is a great store to get nice clothing, home items like bedding or kitchen things for reasonable prices. This one is just a little old but not bad.Luckily there is a new one being built in the same plaza soon :)
