My experience is the same as the other ONE star customers you call and the person answering the phone could care less about customer service - rude - not helpful - like its not their job to answer questions or be of service very frustrating - one bright spot I can remember his name is JOHN always smiling and HELPFUL - he should be in charge of training other employees

So thankful for this pharmacy being available on weekends and holidays. We really needed something filled on Labor Day and this was the only location we could find in Ann Arbor. The staff was wonderful too. Thank you!

Every single time within the last 3 years I call I'm put on hold for so long that I have to hang up and call back and then immediately get put on hold This happens every single time I call now!!!! I miss before the drive-thru pharmacy was open seems like the employees don't have time for customers now!

I’ve been using Meijer 64’s pharmacy for about 10 years. The staff are kind, professional, and truly have your health needs at heart.Countless times, they have gone above and beyond to help me. Even when there have been serious supply chain shortages, they’ve helped me by transferring RX’s to other pharmacies and/or work with me and my doctor to make sure I get the medications I need.

I’ve been using Meijer 64’s pharmacy for about 10 years. The staff are kind, professional, and truly have your health needs at heart.Countless times, they have gone above and beyond to help me. I recently had an issue with my prescription at the Meijer Pharmacy where I was not informed about a delay in filling my script. I had to call the doctor to find out what was going on, and was told that the script had been at the pharmacy for a week. This lack of communication was very frustrating and inconvenient for me, as I had to make a trip to the pharmacy to resolve the issue.I would recommend that the Meijer Pharmacy work on improving their communication with customers, especially when it comes to prescription updates. It would be helpful if they could send text or phone notifications, or update the customer portal to reflect any delays or issues with scripts. This would save customers time and hassle, and improve the overall experience of using the pharmacy.

They always have some sort of problem - late fills, out of meds, the list goes on. I have wasted so many hours dealing with this place... Actively pulling all scripts and going somewhere else.

This is hands down the worst pharmacy in town and there’s stiff competition for the title. I had them move a script from a different meijer, that received it erroneously. They said they’d fill it. 40 minutes later I went to check on progress, and the rudest girl on the planet told me it would be another hour. I couldn’t wait another hour. I came back Sunday, now out of medication, and they tell me they never filled my script. The girl was pleasant Sunday, but how are so many people at this pharmacy both rude AND incompetent.If you need a script filled here, fill it on Sunday only, and pray the decent person who works here doesn’t quit her job.

Went through the drive through pharmacy today. Waited for 15 mins with no acknowledgement whatsoever. The gentleman who finally attended had no apologies or mention of the delay. Very sad customer service.
