Service member yelled at me and hung up when calling to refill a prescription in a 3 minute call where I was asking/clarifying if I had refills left. Unbelievably rude customer service. (Phone call was recorded on my end).

I had to come back 3x with a 2 year old. Despite that only 1 out of 3 is now ready. One they forgot to tell me on visit 1 and 2 they didn't carry, the 2nd they forgot to tell me they were out of.

So disappointing time after time. Every single prescription I have filled here there is an issue with. Anytime I ask a question I can’t get an actual answer or they can’t help me with that. Called today to ask a few questions because what I was told didn’t make sense to me and the gentleman on the phone says “well I am trying to do 5 things at once and as you can see the phone is also ringing so that’s the best answer I can give you” that’s actually terrible customer service! I will be calling around to get all my prescriptions switched to elsewhere.

The pharmacy hung up on me after going through their whole menu... this has been an awful experience going through this pharmacy. Either they can't find my prescription, they don't have it, or I can't get a hold of them.

This place sucks. They never get anything right. Lady was saying things that weren’t accurate and argued with me. Wish I could upload the video. Blonde older lady with attitude, needs to lose her job. Go somewhere else.

This pharmacy always has medications that other pharmacies seem to be out of which is very helpful. Tonight they filled a prescription in 15 min so I could pick it up before they closed. One down the street was going to make me wait until noon tomorrow! absolute life savers

There is a technician at this location that has completely ruined my experience in dealing with this pharmacy. A young man works there and is rude to me every time I call. He tells me my medication is out of stock even when it is actually in stock. This has happened twice. I confronted him on it today and he was extremely rude and hung up on me. He wouldn’t tell me his name when I asked either. It’s sad that one individual can ruin the whole experience of dealing with a business.

These guys are the worst. Say a prescription will be ready, show up and it’s not, and then expect you to just get over it.

I use GOOD RX because I have no insurance, no Medicaid, I support myself on 2 part time jobs and I’m a senior. Meijer treats me awful for using good Rx so they have to rebill. They argue and make me wait for 1/2 hour after my 2 jobs hungry and tired, just to be mean. I see my rebilled meds sitting there while they ignore me and take insurance people.I work at a doctors office in a poor area, I try to show low income folks how to use Good Rx, but with a warning about Meijer

I ask if she can ring my 4 item up and she said she can but it would be separate transaction and I said that would be okay but she told me to go to self check out instead of helping me. Worst pharmacy customer service and it wasn’t busy.

Store is fine. But this pharmacy staff is one of the worsts you could find. Their drive thru has been closed for a while. I wonder how they hand over medications to covid patients or old folks?? Do those patients also have to walk inside? Their phone number always puts me on an indefinite hold! Shifting my pharmacy..
