Pick up is not reliable at all. I've had to cancel my last 3 orders after they weren't ready several hours past the scheduled pick up time. So annoying when you're counting on this to make dinner.

TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. Cashier was RUDE, CHEAPLY grocery bag were tearing apart, tried to explain to the cashier that bags were tearing. She review the monitor find this very irritating, you shouldn't treat customers this way.

I love this Meijer, they give major Meijer deals, sometimes the avocados, Blackberry, and blueberry are cheap. bakery section has a lot of deals. The muffins are so good thank you. Thank you Meijer. Keep it up👍 Thank you for reading my review 🙏 😎✨

I had originally thought the shopping groups were being ridiculous about this store’s reputation; unfortunately, I had the opportunity to learn firsthand today, when I was berated by the self checkout attendant for asking that I be allowed to scan my own groceries. I asked this due to my own mobility issues, which were being exacerbated by the attendant’s demands (which is why I choose to use self-checkout, incidentally). She refused to let me speak to a manager, and became agitated to the point of slamming the self checkout screen when asked.
I sent an email, which was responded to by a store manager of some sort, effectively belittling my issue by excusing the conduct as ‘necessary’; perhaps it is at her store, which is fair enough. I will gladly shop at Meijer locations where associates are able to fulfill their duties in a less invasive manner.

Most of the stores staff are rude borderlining on contempt towards customers, especially at the gas station.

Just terrible customer service. They stock items on wrong shelves and don't put the price tag on the item, then do not honor the price where they stocked the items and blame customers for moving multiple items to the wrong spot. Yeah that makes sense that some random person would move all of one item to the wrong rack so that some random guy will go in for a hairbrush and not get the advertised price. They are all rude and incredibly slow.

Horrible. The woman in the evenings at the front self check out is an atrocity to customer service. Disgusting. This is now twice I’ve had an issue with her. Nice. Fine. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt. Twice? Horrendous. I’m disgusted
