In the Arborland Mall Store, there's NEVER a Salesman to help me. There may be some on the floor but they don't help. Also when I go to checkout the Cashier NEVER has an answer or try to find one to my questions. This has been my experience EVERY time I go to Michael's in Arborland Mall.
