I guess I'm on a list...maybe been at least 3 months never heard another word. No case manager, no other services offered. Weren't very friendly on the phone when I did speak with them the few times.

I submitted all documents for a relative’s representative payee. After waiting two weeks without a response, or even anyone returning my calls, I gave up.
If they’re this unavailable when trying to establish services, imagine how unavailable they’ll be to your loved ones after they start receiving your lives one’s money.

I was employed as an HVRP Job Developer by MAP from March to September 2023 and was very pleased with my time there. The staff are kind and incredibly helpful to new hires. The job can be tough emotionally, due to the nature of the work, but if you have a passion for public service you'll be met with plenty of support.

If you keep important information written on and in places you don't remember. Or pay bills in ways that don't always end well. This is for you. I speak from my own experience. And add issues such health, housing, age. The mix and order of all this can be overwhelming.
