Came for visit the other day. Customer service was great but after getting a second opinion on my brakes I felt that this company was manipulative. Make sure you understand basic automotive pricing and terminology before going. They told me my brakes were at 3mm on the brink of needing repair but when I went to my dealer I got confirmation that my brakes were at 8mm and no where near time for repair!

They used to be really good, kind and honest. But nowadays, they upsell way too too much.
My family member went there and they were asked way too much things more than what the car needed. Our family members were now so worried so we went to the car dealer and they even don’t recommend doing that because it’s completely unnecessary…
I really understand that business needs to sell something more to grow, but as a customer,I can’t recommend them anymore.

Had a nail in my new tire I told him to fix it for me he said it need around two hours , then told me it is not repairable and tried to sell me a new tire. Whit out taking look at it. Never coming back here

SCAM ALERT!!!!! I came there for a new muffler instead of them fixing the problem they didn’t put a after market catalytic converter they did the lazy route & straight piped it which made my engine go bad 2/3 weeks later I came back because my check engine light came on come to find out they made my engine go bad because it wasn’t getting pressure back to the engine I wouldn’t come to them especially If you’re a black African American female they refuse to apologize or give me a refund , Alex & Jeff are scam … do not take your car to them! Them workers are very lazy & just want your money!!! Stay away from this shop and these people!!! you will be scam out of your money and time they do not care about people !!!

I have been coming to the Washtenaw location for over 7 years. They’ve always been extremely professional and offered quick services. I really appreciate their hospitality! They have a forever customer in me. Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years. It was sold recently and I was very pleased when Alex the current manager treated us as well as Billy did!
If you’re new to this location, they have the best prices for professional service. Steven took care of an issue with my Toyota sequoia that they dealer was having a hard time fixing.
Cars I’ve serviced here in the past 10 years. Toyota (sequoia, Lexus RX, RAV4) Nissan (Altima, pathfinder)

This location was amazing! Jeff specifically had superb customer service, he made everything easy for me, got my info over the phone and made me an appointment same day for an alignment. I came in, he continued delivering excellent and professional service, I never had to repeat myself and I was in and out in 25 minutes. Honest, efficient, respectful and amazing service! I was pleasantly shocked

I had a very organized and quick experience here. The staff were very helpful and professional. They had my car in and out in a few hours and had called to give me updates while they were working on it. Very straightforward and I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone.

Brought in my Saab for tires, brakes and rotors. Alex and the rest of staff were very helpful and efficient. I was in and out in less than 2 hours.

I only called 10 minutes in advance and was fit into a slot immediately. When I went in they answered all my questions and were very genial. They were very quick with the oil change. Also, the main reason that made me write this review was that I left a bag of books there and they called me after they had already closed and told me they would hold it for me if I wanted to come back and get them. Totally something they didn’t need to do but super appreciated as they were worth $60 and just bought them. Just nice people there.

My muffler fell apart driving Home fron work (luckily I had the day off following the next day) and I ralked to Alex on the phone and they got my car right in and fixed that same day even though I brought it in at 3pm and they close at 6! My car has never been thus quiet and they gave me a great deal and couldn't be more than happy with their work and explanations on my car. They definitely earned my business and ill be back for sure.

Excellent customer service, had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 1:00 pm when it was supposed to thunderstorm. I asked if it could be done sooner to avoid the storm and I was told they were short staffed but would try. they got it done two hours early to avoid the storm. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. Thanks so much guys!
