Jerry was great! He took time to explain the repairs that were needed and patiently answered all of my questions. Jerry provided multiple updates on the status of repairs and arranged complimentary rides while my car was being worked on.Repairs were completed quickly. (I had the car back the next day.) All of my concerns were addressed. I thought prices were reasonable.

This new management doesn’t treat customer nicely. Rude person at the counter.they put wrong kind of oil in my car and over charge me. Worst experience.

The staff here are very kind, patient and attentive. Because of the vehicle testing done here, I came here again when I changed the oil and tires. It's very affordable and good value for money.

So I just went to get my tires checked because the ones that costed me 800 and something from Midas I have my recipe was making me slide on this snow which almost caused an accident to find out you guys had the wrong tires car tires on my van is really messed up it's like I've came to you guys 3 times probably more because of one of the tires after 2 weeks of riding getting bubbles on top of having to come out of almost 200 with a warranty and having to renew the so called warranty every time. I just want you guys to know that was really wrong you your company to get down on a single mother of 5 all because you knew you could beat me and all I was trying to do is make sure I'm safe on the road. You never know what people go through in life and I had gave you guys my saving I was actually fired from my job because I care for a child with epilepsy and I didn't have enough time to take off my message is next try not to get down on people especially WOMEN!!!!!! THANK YOU BE BLESSED...

Worst experience trying to charge me twice to look at my car messed up my alignment left my trans line loose didn’t say a word but were happy to take my 4000$ I have been at their shops 4 times this week for simple mechanical services and they have absoluetrly failed at every turn

Had my oil changed, they checked out filters and came and showed me they actually needed replaced. Unlike some just do it or don't bother to. They are under new ownership but the quality and standard is still high. I will be returning. Thanks for caring about customer service.

Front deck guy are rude here , they can not even find the real problem with my car, and high price. Never go Midas again
