Lori was amazing to work with, we had some obstacles to deal with due to my current insurance provider not reporting correctly but we were able to get it resolved. I highly recommend dealing with Lori at Miles Tharp Allstate.

I have had Allstate for around 10 years. I use them because I thought I was paying more for better service. However, I had a pipe burst in my house and filed a claim. It has been a horrible experience. It's been almost two months and the whole place is still gutted. They told me I'm not allowed to fix anything until they come inspect it again. But they're also not willing to send someone out for several weeks. It seems like our house is never getting fixed

I had great experience with the All State agent I was working with. Alexis was very helpful, nice and friendly. She patiently answered many questions that I had over the phone as well as via email. She was very easy to talk to and gained my trust right away. In addition, the quotes she provided me for home and auto insurance were quite reasonable and there were no catches or extra fees or hidden charges involved.
Overall, my experience with All State and Alexis was great and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
