I tried making a appointment over the phone and they hung up on me then when I went I told them I had a appointment and they were just rude with asking me questions I get you have to ask what you are getting but I said that over the phone and to be asked with a rude tone in your voice did not make me feel welcome and when I sat down to start doing my nails there was no talking what so ever just rude remarks on where I need to put my hands or that I needed to relax. At the ending of my nails being done I girl walked in saying she had a 1:30 appointment and a girl and the man that was doing my nails just kept yelling and pointing at me and at that moment I told my self I will never be back again

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Both my daughterâs nails and mine were done poorly, and the quality was far below what we expected. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. I would recommend looking elsewhere if youâre seeking professional nail services.

Came here once before on a whim and had a GREAT experience with Tom. Tried to come back today, made an appointment over the phone, and when I arrived I was told there would be a 30 minute wait past my appointment time. Got child care to come to this appointment and essentially planned my day around it. Wonât be returning. Go to signature nails @ the mall. Ask for Xury or Tony. Lilly & Autumn are amazing there as well.

Used to really enjoy coming here before the new owners took over. Itâs a shame how downhill this place has gone. I had a pedicure and a fill which took 2 and a half hours to finish with one whole hour spent on a pedicure because the lady didnât know what she was doing and someone else had to come over to fix all her mistakes. The main nail tech who I assume might be the new owner is just plain rude and rolled his eyes at me when I asked him simply to add to the design just like how it was in the picture I showed. Horrible service, will not be coming back after this last time.

Consumer beware. I went there today asked how much it would be for dip polish only. Was told by the female there it was $60. Showed her the website that said $38 on my phone. She took my phone and called someone in hers and then came back to me & said "ok" I proceeded to let the guy do my nails and when it was time to check out he told me it was $50. Told him the other girls agreed with what the web site said and I told him it says $38. The guy that did my nails was there when she was on the phone with whoever she was speaking to. I assumed it was the owner. The guy that did my nails did not speak English so he called someone over who did & I explained to him my conversation with the other girl & his response was "who did you speak to the girls here don't speak English." I pointed out the girl to him and she lied and said she never said that. This guy also told me the web site has not been updated in years and "those prices aren't right." Told him again the girl took my phone and called someone regarding the price and she agreed that's how much it would cost. Bottom line is she is a bold face liar and this place used the "she don't speak English excuse. If you don't speak English you should not be telling customers one thing & do another. Guess it doesn't matter what the website says they don't honor their online prices. Won't be going back there again.

Ruby did a wonderful job with my nails today. She was efficient and thorough with her work. This was my second time getting my nails done here, and Iâll be coming back regularly.

Had an appointment for a full set with design. While the design is almost what I wanted, Iâm not satisfied with my nails. I asked for manicure and the most manicure I got was being told my cuticles were pushed back. A tool was never used. I also noticed my index finger being crooked and pointed it out, instead of taking that nail off and starting over just added acrylic to the side that was off. Now I have a wider appearing nail. I wasnât asked about shape, there was a lot of areas that shouldâve been buffed out, but wasnât. Iâm mostly upset to have gone out of my way due to high recommendations and good reviews for designs and this was my first time doing something like this.

I had such a fantastic experience at Nail Bar with Ruby! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. Ruby's attention to detail and skillful technique left my nails looking absolutely stunning. Not only did she exceed my expectations with her work, but she also provided a friendly and comfortable atmosphere throughout my visit. I highly recommend Nail Bar, especially with Ruby as your nail tech, for anyone looking for top-notch service and beautiful nails!

Okay let me start by saying that the woman who was in charge the day I went in was the most vile nasty trashy and condescending woman I've ever met in my life. I walked in to the appointment to an empty salon aside from the two other owners and the woman in charge who was working the front desk. She looks up from her phone as if it's an inconvenience that I'm there and said "do you have an appointment?" And I told her I did and for what time it was scheduled (a few minutes before I arrived) and she looked at a calendar and asked what service I requested. A reminder - there was nobody else there. I told her I didn't know, and that my boyfriend had scheduled it as a surprise and she scoffed at me and told me she couldn't perform any service unless she knew what I was getting (my boyfriend requested a mani-pedi on the phone a few hours earlier so she either didn't write it down when she asked him on the phone or was just a wench, both of which I'd believe) so I texted him and confirmed that he scheduled a mani-pedi and then she spoke to one of the other owners to do my service. I was still in a really good mood because I had been surprised with a mani-pedi by my s/o and figured she must just be having a bad day. We started the pedicure the owner who was doing my manicure spoke no English I wasn't concerned since pedicures don't require much talking and I just had to point at which color I wanted. But throughout the pedicure he kept staring at me like he was wary of me and was like staring into my soul as he scrubbed my feet. What's worse, they had no music or tv on for me to distract myself with (the first salon I've ever been to that didn't have some sort of background noise) About 40 minutes into my pedicure a very old woman comes in with a walker and explains to the woman in charge what she needs and that she called ahead and the woman in charge was MUCH nicer to her than me. She starts the woman's pedicure and the older woman seems cranky in the way most old people are, once she sat down she chatted about how her life's been recently and she talked about how a few more of her friends from high school died. She went on about how crummy it is to be old and the woman in charge seemed to be getting annoyed by her talking. She'd ask the older woman questions like what shape she wanted her nails, if she was comfortable with certain parts of the service, if the water was too hot etc. and the lady was responding very candidly (as most old people do). After about 10 minutes the woman in charge just snapped at her and chewed her out saying something along the lines of "if you have a problem with my service you can go somewhere else. I don't need you here and I have a right to deny you service if I want to". The older woman was really taken back because it seemed to come out of nowhere and didn't know what to do, I've never seen anyone do that in any context let alone a nail salon and at this point I was really uncomfortable. The older woman was a lot quieter after that and seemed startled but was trying to be overly friendly to relieve some tension and the woman in charge seemed satisfied enough to continue her service. My pedicure took 2 hours (just a basic pedicure) and he painted my toes the wrong color. I tried to tell him I wanted something different right when he started and that wasn't the color I selected but he didn't understand me so I just rolled with it and figured I'd just get another one somewhere else in a few weeks anyways. I still had my manicure to go and I knew it was going to take ages because my pedicure alone had already taken 2 hours. I told another one of the owners that I wanted a different color and they were able to help me, but I had to sit there and listen to the woman in charge be condescending and rude to the older woman for another 30 minutes. Then, after the first older woman left, another older woman came in and the woman in charge's entire demeanor changed again. She

Came for Mothers Day with my toddler. My nail tech was so rude. He was constantly looking at his phone and would continue to make snipes here and there I was going to let it go but when I went to pay he had the audacity to look at my Amazon credit card and morally shame me for small businesses closing. I live in a rural town. Amazon is literally the only way I can get goods sometimes. Never again.

Make sure you get the full cost before you agree to the service. They are very sneaky and donât tell you of the âup-chargesâ for everything . I will never go back to this nail salon as they are ripping off their customers. BEWARE!
