Rented here for 6 months over spring and summer in a non climate controlled unit. It's well priced, good location, and no issues with pests or bugs.

Unit started out affordable but there were regular prices increases until it became ridiculous and I moved out. The second floor of the facility gets very dusty and small debris fell from the ceiling on top of my boxes. Not a big deal if your stuff is in boxes and crates but I wouldn't store anything particularly nice or valuable here. Front desk service is nice but my impression is the management is out-of-towners wanting to make quick bucks off of Ann Arbor students.

Prices keep going up an up every year, but service keeps going down and down. The freight elevator in the main building hardly ever works so you could arrive with a UHaul full of stuff and have to carry everything up the narrow stairwell. The place is rarely staffed, so when the elevator doesn't work there is no one to turn to for help. The number on the office door that says "call for assistance" just rings to a voicemail box; so no help there at all. Use this storage place at your own risk.
