We had New Tech Drywall drywall 1500 square feet of our 4000 square foot home in Sept of 2015. Most of the drywall New Tech put up is cracked or the joints are simply not done correctly. The joints in the ceiling cast shadows in the afternoon. I should have called New Tech back right after the job. This was my one mistake interacting with Roy at New Tech. When called back to review his work, Roy noted other problems that he claims contributed to his sloppy end product. For instance, when noting a crack in a ceiling joint, he would attribute it to a drop of water on the ceiling. When I pointed out that many other joints have cracked and have no drops of water near them he then said a new coat of paint would hide the imperfect joints. After this, he claimed that I limited his budget for the project - Roy had nearly an unlimited budget for my project. After this, he claimed that the light entering the house was causing the problems of the ceiling joints looking bad - I told him the previous ceiling joints did not cast such shadows. After this, he claimed the house was settling and this caused the problems. All of these statements were made within a 10 minute conversation. When asked if he would fix his work, he response was that my request was ridiculous and walked out of my house.Roy presents himself as a professional. However, he always notes how other companies makes mistakes, but never will admit when New Tech makes mistakes. He will point the finger either at you or another company. If you hire New Tech be aware of this behavior and do not let Roy tell you that New Tech makes no mistakes. Here is an image of one drywall seam that new tech left at my house. New tech did eventually fix this, but required me complaining out it. To date, they have not fixed the remaining problems at my place.

New Tech Drywall installed drywall for our new construction. Roy was easy to work with through the entire process. It was a joy to work with a contractor that showed up and finished when they said they would! I would certainly recommend New Tech Drywall.D. Warren

Professional - Prompt - Excellent ServiceI would recommend New Tech Drywall to any one who is looking for excellent drywall & finish work at their home or business. Roy met with me personally in my basement and gave me a quote by COB the same day. He not only took the time to meet with me, but gave me free advice that proved to be PRICELESS in the way I handled a specific challenge in my basement prior to his team ever showing up. His staff was great at what they did and very friendly as well taking time to answer all of my questions and finishing the job right the first time and on time! You'd be hard-pressed to find a better contractor in the local area than New Tech Drywall.

New Tech Drywall has done several jobs at my home over the years. Their work is impeccable. The crew is outstanding in attention to detail and quality, making suggestions on what needs to be done that perhaps the previous crew didn't address, prompt arrival times and clean up chores. All aspects of the job were handled extremely well. The work done was quite varied in scope and have all been completed in an outstanding manner. I would not hesitate to recommend New Tech Drywall to anyone for any type of drywall related construction (and other varied work as their scope of abilities is quite broad).

New Tech Drywall did work in our dining room. They installed drywall over old plaster walls and painted it. We were happy with the job from the beginning to the end. It was done in a timely manner and looked great. We just purchased a new home and are going to call them to do work there too. Thanks for the great job.
