Went there with my mother for manicure. A man who worked with my nails cut badly my 3 fingers. The service itself was awful. It is not clean. It is not friendly. Avoid .

Good mani pedi, pricey though. Lyon was gentle and professional. Love the hot towel wrap around legs, ankles. Clean and comfortable.

Great experience! Everyone is very friendly and Victoria helped me pick my color when I couldn't decide. My nails also last a very long time and don't chip or break which usually happens to me by week 2 of dip...but not when I go to ocean nails!

While I was sitting in the chair I started reading lots of bad reviews on this place. My experience was EXCELLENT. It was the BEST manicure and Pedicure were outstanding. Stop reading and writing bad reviews and give this place a try!

I’ve been going to Victoria at Ocean Nails for dip manicures every 3 weeks for over a year. She is an artist and perfectionist in the best way. They never chip - I only have to come in when they’ve grown out too much. She also cares about my nail health. Today’s mani was for a special occasion and she willingly changed the color and details until I felt it was perfect. You won’t find better in Ann Arbor!

Hey ladies, if you're looking for a place to get your nails done DO NOT go here. The salon looks nice on the inside, but looks can be deceiving. I've been here twice now and had the same experience both times. Both times I came out with crooked nails. This last time I noticed half way through that my thumb nail was crooked. I asked if it could be fixed and the guy gave me an attitude and told me that it wasn't his fault it was crooked and it would have to be pointed instead of rounded if he fixed it. So I took the nail file from him and fixed it myself. Only to later realize that my index nail was even worse. This is way too expensive of a service to be treated disrespectfully and come out with a dissatisfactory product. I will not be going back to this salon.

The workers were nice but the nails were horrible. My nail art was pretty bad and the thickness of my nails were crazy. I got an acrylic set and my nail tech did not shave down my nails at all. They looked like bubblegum and i had to get the redone the next day since they looked so bad. Also, she cut every single one of my cuticles with the nail drill over 5 times. 3 of my cuticles started to bleed. I tried pulling away and even gasped in pain a couple times and she did not care. will never come back.

I came in 30 minutes before close for gel removal of my previous manicure. The nail tech offered to do a fresh manicure after removal. The removal was done in a speedy manner ( some sort of nail polish removing paint ) You can still still see my previous coat end. The gel nail polish feels way too thin. Similar to just getting regular nail polish done. Doesn’t have a enough layers.

Very slow with no communication. Gave this place multiple chances but they will have you wait over 45 minutes before beginning any type of service or letting you know anything. And even if you ask for a wait time they will give you an inaccurate time so you don't leave. Try to go during off peak hours if you want to go, otherwise forget it.

I got a pedicure and full set yesterday, it was such a lovely time. The staff is so kind and they really care about the work they’re doing. These are by far the BEST nails I’ve ever had. The shape is perfect

Victoria did an incredible job on my dip manicure. I have had such a hard time finding someone to do the dip process correctly and it look good and last. Victoria was polite, easy to talk to and she was quick! I also had a gel pedicure by Leon and he did an amazing job! He got my ingrown nails and did a wonderful massage on my feet and calves! I will DEFINITELY be back and I will tell everyone to come here!! ? (note that my nails have been done for a week now and they still look this good)

Best dip I have ever gotten. I got a white tip extension and they did a clear coat over the whole thing. I've currently had them on for 4 weeks and they still look perfect despite being grown out. Will be going back ASAP for a new set!

I made an appointment, but still waited 30 mins to have a service. I just wanted shellac removed. The person that took it off seemed irritated that I didn't want her to use the drill to remove the shellac. When I say that is all she did, the bare minimum. Took off the shellac and told me to wash my hands. At the end I was told it was cash only, so had to use their atm with fees. I've been here some years ago and got the same poor treatment, they won't get a third try.
