I almost never write negative reviews but over the past several months every time someone is chasing me out the cashier has been very rude. However, the manager with the white blonde hair is always nice to me. I understand sometimes in retail it’s hard to deal with customers but being rude to a customer because you don’t know how to do a return is not appropriate.

Its an Old Navy. Its relatively disorganized sometimes, but always well or overstocked. You can generally get every size, and the employees are generally pretty busy but helpful. The line can be long but generally moves fairly fast.

Went on Thursday June 13 2024 about 3:00 pm if I could give this place zero stars rude cashier no one bothered to help me won’t be coming here again that’s for sure.looking for some plus size the worker just looked at me funny like never heard of plus sizes ?cashier seemed pissed that I had a gift card that was her problem no thank you oh well never going back again

I find it quite interesting that there seems to be a common theme within these reviews pertaining to complicated returns with a specific employee at this location.
I too had an experience where the cashier seemed to think I was attempting to scam them by returning a pair of jeans that began to rip after one use. After initially denying the exchange due to "damage" or as I call it, "poor quality" I informed her that was what brought me in today. She was then so meticilous in her inspection of these jeans you would think I was trying to return a $20K Rolex. Once the manager approved the return, she continued with her passive aggressive accusitory comments making the whole interaction extremely uncomfortable. I will never return to this location due to her complete lack of customer service abilities, and again, based on other reviews Old Navy needs to consider if this employee is harming their bottom line continually driving customers away and respond appropriately.

Great lazy day clothes at Old Navy. Dynamic fleece sets are comfy and stylish. Bought a set for our flight to Denver tomorrow morning!

I am absolutely appalled with this Old Navy location. There are two workers here, one is a female manager and the other a male cashier, that are completely rude and disrespectful to customers. I was trying to get a coat that was 50% off as there was a 50% off tag right above the coat when I selected it, and the male cashier tried to tell me it was for another coat they sold. I showed them the sale online that matched the exact coat in the store. The cashier then kept trying to say it was an online exclusive item, which it wasn't at all! It sucks when you go out to shop on Black Friday and your cashier keeps gaslighting customers for their own ego. Completely ridiculous behavior.

If I could give 0 stars for this store after my experience there today (Saturday, September 2nd, 2023), I would. My 5-year-old daughter received an Old Navy dress that was purchased on August 23rd for her birthday on August 30th. She tried the dress on to find it was too small, so I brought the dress back with the sales receipt, expecting no issues with the return. Unfortunately, my return was denied at the cash register -- where I was also purchasing multiple other items -- because, in the manager's words, there were "stains" on the garment. I explained that the dress was purchased just days before, and my daughter had not worn it except to simply try it on. I was again told that the return would not be accepted because it appeared there was "damage" to the dress. I explained -- after carefully inspecting the dress myself -- that the alleged "damage" appears to be white lint that probably rubbed off onto the dress from her shirt and that a lint roller would take care of it, but my efforts to remedy the situation made no difference. I was made to feel as though I was trying to "trick" the salesperson into accepting a damaged item forreturn, which was simultaneously embarrassing and enraging. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service demonstrated by the management of this Old Navy location, and I will NOT shop there again. They've lost the business of a formerly loyal customer. I would advise anyone contemplating a purchase from this store to be very certain you won't need to return your items, or better yet, to simply avoid this location (or perhaps any brick-and-mortar Old Navy) due to their lack of customer care.
