Ryan always does a fabulous job. Been coming here for my last 4 or 5 haircuts and each time he is able to work with me to get the perfect cut! We dry cut with my natural texture, and then wash and restyle. Scheduling is easy via Booksy app.
Recommend if you are looking for curly/wavy hair specialist in the AA area.

Obsessed. Great cut, great conversation, super kind and I’ve never loved the look & feel of my hair as much as I do now. Extremely helpful that they offer appts after 5pm. When this grows out I will book again!

Before I came to Oz, haircuts were always hit-or-miss for me as a curly haired person. Now that Ryan at Oz cuts my hair, it always looks amazing!

There aren’t enough stars for this review. Ryan is an artist. After a 4 year quest to find a stylist to work with my 50+, curly-ish, 80’s loving big hair…hair-I have found the one. In addition to being such a sweet, funny soul, he worked magic on my hair. Love it love it!!! Go! Spend the money!! It’s worth it!!!!

Ryan cut my teen daughter's coarse and wavy hair and, as if by magic, all is now right with the world. We have struggled mightily to find someone capable of giving her easily-managed hair and I am so happy (and relieved) we have found Ryan and Oz. A great haircut is your starting point. Thank you!

Used Ryan.Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I have extremely fussy, curly, and thick hair which very few people have ever truly cut correctly. Ryan cut my hair properly.He also uses Olaplex shampoo and conditioner which is nice.Room is unassuming but Ryan and his partner have been in business for a decade there, so that should tell you something about his skill.Highly recommend if you have curly hair and are dissatisfied with standard options. It is always more expensive to go to a salon but your hair is one of the first things people see when they meet you. Getting a slow wash and cut is always a pleasant escape. Worth it to spend the money vs getting a chopped off look at one of the local hair butchers.Service: Curly hair

I scheduled my appointment with Julie for a curly haircut after reading a few OZ Hair Studio reviews. She asked me some questions and started dry cutting my curls. My hair has been weighed down for a while now, and along with all of my at-home cuts, it needed some help and shaping. She cut the length and layered it and then washed it and asked if I wanted to change anything again. She kept checking in with me, which was awesome and I LOVE my hair. We took about 6 inches off and we layered the heck out of it. Her and Ryan both were so much fun to talk to - especially with it being my first time there. Their modest studio is so inviting and they are really nice, genuine people. Not overwhelming at all. I will DEFINITELY be back!Services: Curly hair
