Went to the Briarwood mall location in Ann Arbor, Michigan today. It was 8:35 p.m. and the gate was halfway down. Two young ladies standing there putting jewelry away. I asked if they were open and they said they were closed because they had a lot to do. It's 2 days before Christmas and they don't close for another 25 minutes. Not very good customer service. ? Very disappointed.

I went into this establishment a few weeks ago looking to replace a piece of jewelry with a one year warranty on it. They turned me down saying the warranty was for “factory errors only”. Today my mother went into the store, said the same thing as I did and was helped with no problem. needless to say i am very disappointed in this stores customer support with young customers.

I went to the Briarwood Pandora to get some charms and maybe a ring or so. there was only one other customer in front of me and two assistants. One of them was training the other. Neither acknowledged my presence and though I was browsing for a while. I was the only other customer there. After the customer left, there was still not much of an effort to help me- the taller assistant ( the one doing the training) very brusquely announced that they would attend to me after they had finished up. However there was no attempt to attend to me for a while. I left after another 5 minutes to a very condescending " have a great day" from the taller assistant.I do understand that stores are short staffed, and that people need to be trained, but it does help to be a little nicer to customers who may spend money at the store. I got the impression that neither I nor my money was wanted at this store. I have shopped at Pandora before- and nowhere have I experienced such a blatant disregard and downright rudeness. I will avoid this particular store in the future.

I haven't been in a Pandora store for years. Went in for a replacement bracelet(original one got badly pinched). I was surprised over do many items I haven't see before! I will be back! The manager waited on us - very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

The tall black lady assisted me and she was extremely rude. I was getting some gifts for my friends and she said why would I get rings if I didn’t know the sizes. I specifically told her the estimated sizes and price range I was looking for and she just pulled out a collection of rings and basically dropped it on the glass shelf. She didn’t give me any recommendations or which rings were in the right price range. I asked her if something I saw online was in stock and she didn’t even say a word - she just shook her head and continued to have her arms crossed. Then she went on with the blonde lady next to her saying that she wants to get pretzels so much. I really didn’t have time but I was so upset that I ended up buying 300 dollars worth of rings at a different Pandora location. It may not seem that big, but I really don’t want to get anything from the Briarwood Pandora from now on.

Great customer service everyone was so nice! But, I bought an elevated heart ring yesterday and not even an hour after buying stones fell out, luckily it comes with a one year warranty so I can get it replaced!! Overall amazing place to shop!

Usually the workers are very nice, but the last time I went the lady was very rude and just assumed I was gonna buy that item.

Had a great experience and awesome salesperson. Alin went out of her way to accommodate and please me, even going so far as to issue a return of something I had JUST purchased , having changed my mind.

I went in the store to get my bracelet cleaned and to see if I could get it fixed. They said they couldn't fix it. The salesperson Ashley said that I had too many charms on the bracelet and that the one I had could not accommodate all the charms and suggested another one that my boyfriend ended up purchasing along with 2 clamp charms to hold in place. I didn't want to wear the bracelet out so she put it in the bag and I had to remind her to put my broken one in there as well. I got home and realized that half of my bracelet was missing. When they took the charms off the broken one to put on the new one something must of happened and the part where you put the charms on is missing. I called up to the store and called corporate and they said it was nothing that they could do about it. I was so upset because my boyfriend purchased it for my very 1st mothers day and I felt like they didn't do all that they could have done.

Cute little store. Cynthia was very nice and helpful in picking out new earrings. They also cleaned my 4 year old pandora earrings and they came out very clean. Was a pleasant experience
