Fun store with friendly staff. It was fun taking my dog in store to shop with. A little pricey but they pretty much have anything you need.

This is (verbatim) the message left by Petco Grooming, (where I have been taking my dog Toro for 10 years and today is his 10th birthday 🎂 🐶 ). 1 HOUR before the appointment: “"Oh Oh, I'm sorry, Toro Pre-check in notes that he has some matting and he also has joint lameness and we just had a few questions about this. If he does have matting, we would maybe have to change his. Time today we might be able to get them in if you call back quickly or switching to another day because you're booked with someone that just does bath not haircut. OK give us a call back as soon as you get this. Thank you so much.
Have a great rest your day bye-bye..."”
Yeah bye, bye. If this is how you treat A lifelong customer. All he needed was a bath, not a grooming. We called to tell you that, but you didn’t seem to care. We will not be back.

Vetco part is fine, I'm just quite pissed the groomers wouldn't take my dog because he has an extremely small/almost unnoticeable favoring of one back leg over the other. And this was after I booked the appointment for the next day and came in, they didn't mention anything that would prevent him from being seen. Really annoying and they didn't even seem to give a youknownwhat.

I bought a dog toy at Pet Co that easily came apart & my 5 week old puppy was choking on. When i returned I was told that dogs should not be left unsupervised with toys. She was not left alone if she had been then I don’t know where the choking would have ended. I just found this response disappointing from a company that specializes in dog toys.

They didn't have too many options for things for guinea pigs, like rugs, tunnels, houses, treats or toys. Just kinda disappointing.

The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is the young gentleman that worked with this horrendous woman. She tried to send us off, again ( has happened with her two other times) saying he was not allowed to be there if on medication. He’s on Prozac and does not get his medicine on groomer days because of this/her. Either way, she is rude, has very poor customer service skills and made me feel guilty/ bad, again, for taking my dog there. They were clearly overbooked and she wanted to dodge the appointment, Sundays are busy lady, don’t make the customer feel bad... I will no longer be giving my business to petco for any services as they choose to employ long term employees that treat customers with a negative attitude. The guy that groomed our dog and checked us out was extremely nice, polite, and kind. Hold onto employees like him, he is 5 star worthy! Thanks guy!

What happened to sophresh cat litter?? This was the only litter I would buy because it was nearly dust free. Now it looks like the wind out of the Sahara every time I touch it. I was a longtime customer, but I will not stand for the "cheapening"of products. Disgusting, corporate decision-making. Goodbye!

Emily & Jeremy are very good with both of our dogs and make us feel so comfortable bringing them in. Jeremy and Emily are extremely gentle & professional, 10/10 would recommend.
