The Gentlemen up front manning a register seemed very agitated, irritated; like he didn't want to be there and was giving off a very rude impression when I inquired about a roadie delivery. And if I were to ever leave my dog somewhere, I don't know that I would take any animal - there. It sounded like the dogs were neck & neck the entire time I was in there, like the dogs were literally killing each other.. training or not. WOW. & keep in mind - I couldn't see a single dog.

They literally just lost me as a customer!! Took Bailey in for a groom (this is her 2nd time going to them, recently moved to the area) they called me 2 hours after I dropped her off saying they are unable to complete her cut (literally just stopped cutting at her face & paws) because she is very nervous so she won't stop shaking, she doesn't like her legs being touched & she doesn't like the kennel. Again this is her 2nd time visiting them, she doesn't know them at all, she doesn't have an issue with kennels (does great at home). You don't expect for a dog that is unfamiliar with you or the many people & pets inside to be scared...she did NOT bite them at all & yet they banned her from coming back. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had, guess I'll be driving 50 minutes to take her to her old groomer. I wish I could've have them a -5 star rating!!!!

This the 3rd time I have tried to go to this store before 9pm and they were already closed. Google says 9, they used to be 9, but I guess they dont think people need pet supplies after 5pm. I need to find a new pet store this one is an epic fail.

Mostly food and other consumables.
Toys, tools, and other equipment selection are not as impressive.
Actually sells cats and kittens allegedly from a local shelter. Still makes me feel uneasy to see cats behind glass at a for-profit business.

Fish dept. associates are extremely rude. They come on very strong peppering you with questions without even a hello. Even if you buy their tanks and supplies they’ll find any excuse not to sell you a fish. I won’t be going to this store again.

A bit pricey, but probably comparable to other pet groomers. Although, they always do a great job with our 4 doggos.
