I only used this PNC branch for a safety deposit box while at UM but everyone I interacted with in setting up and using the box was very friendly and helpful!

I went to this branch to talk about a private money matter that was actually the result of a horrific event in my life. There was absolutely no privacy and they sat me NEXT TO another customer in this large quiet place to talk about my story to the banker, who sat next to another banker, so that everyone in the entire building could hear. When I told them this was uncomfortable and asked to move to the empty private room next to us to speak with someone, they declined and seemed oblivious as to why saying my matters out in the open would be uncomfortable, even though I tried to explain. They were not sympathetic or understanding at all and just stared at me blankly as if it was unreasonable that I'd want privacy at the bank. I did not feel welcome. Don't go here if you need to talk something private with a banker.

I was at a window right next to a man who was obviously a recent widower. He had a small check made out to his late wife he needed to deposit--not cash--from another source. I've been in this situation with my own family; I know it's completely possible to deposit such a check "for deposit only" because I've done it. The teller conferred with someone in the back who said "no". That's bad enough, but then she says to this poor man, "is there anything else I can do for you?", oblivious to the fact that she's done nothing for him at all except make a bad time even worse. The final salvo is when this clueless creature chirps, "Have a great day!". This branch is not only useless, but insensitive and cruel. I've had an account with PNC for years but this totally unnecessary ineptitude and cruelty is very likely to make me change banks. Don't start here--they don't deserve your business.

DO NOT BANK HERE!!I had an account for 15 years and on this account I had an auto payment set up for over a year then without warning- no email or alert --nothing, the auto pay was shut down and this bank reported me for a 30 day late payment causing my credit rating to drop 50 points in a single dayDO NOT BANK HERE!! They have terrible customer service! PROTECT YOURSELF!

Today I used the drive up window and the teller that assisted me was very friendly and helpful. She even offered me some treats for my furry companion in the back seat!
