I have loved living here! The apartments are updated and are in a great location. The bus route takes you right up to UM, and the bus comes about every 15 minutes, so you don’t need to worry about parking. Never had to worry about parking at the apartment complex either. The community is always clean and quiet, and any maintenance requests are fixed ASAP. Any time I need something fixed, it is done in less than 24 hours! The Ponds backs up to a nice neighborhood that is great to walk in too. There are events hosted at the clubhouse and the pool is open in the summer time.
The folks in the office as also so great to work with. They helped my roommate and I out with some difficulties with our lease, and they took it upon themselves to contact the property management to advocate for us. It made the process for us so smooth!
Overall, this place has been an excellent place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Have lived here since 2020, since new management took over in 2021/2022 we have had great experiences with maintenance and timely repairs. Never gone more than 24 hours without someone helping us with our work request.

its been such a positive experience living here and I could not recommend it more. First, it’s a beautiful place to live. The ponds are a delight and having a view of the big pond and the bridge to the little island is a treat every single day. It’s very well maintained, the dog park is great, the walking paths are lovely, and the pool area is beautiful, I feel proud to live here. The parking lot is never too crowded and because its off a main street you wont have cars cutting through the parking lot snd speeding by all hours of the night. Second, the apartments interiors are great. The appliances look nice and all work well. The quality is in the detail. There are ceiling lights in every room, the laundry is excellent, the entire apartment space is laid out well, water pressure great with instant hot water and it feels like a complete little home for my boyfriend and I. Its a great place for adults, probably better suited to students and academics than children, because it is so quiet.Third, you will not have a better with a maintenance team than with the hard-working guys at ponds of georgetown. Work requests are handled quickly and with great care. It was a good shock last week when maintenance dropped by to do a preventative check of the various smoke alarms, make sure the heat came on and burned off the dust, and changed the air filter. We feel taken care of and if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful, enjoyable place to live this is it.

Awesome place, excellent location, and apartments has new everything, from carpet, light fixtures cabinet counters, doors down to the plugs and covers. outside grounds are very well kept up,maintained and beautiful. swimming pool has always been perfect. Love this place.

I stopped by to inquire for a friend that is moving to AA. I had lived here some years back and thought it was a great place. I spoke with a visiting leasing agent, Jennifer, and I knew once again that this was the place. She was so genuine, with a big personality. More than that, Jennifer was helpful and knowledgeable. Noe, the great maintenance lead (was there doing my stay), came in and he was as nice and personable as always. I have nothing but good things to say (once again).

I have great experience with this property, especially with their maintenance team, always fast and fixes everything. It's in a safe and peaceful area in Ann Arbor and has a wonderful pond view. The management team is super helpful, if you communicate your need properly!

The entire team at this community truly cares. If you are looking for a community where you will be taken care of by management, Ponds is the place!! Any issue thrown at this team is handled with or promptness and care. Keep up the great work!

I stayed in this apartment for 3 years and liked the view to the ponds in front of balcony.Good enough space and very efficient and responsible management team. They helped me until the last minutes of my leaving day. I appreciate it !

Until I get a response back from them I feel I’m going to leave a 1 star review. I have been calling and calling they never answer . I tried emailing about how long they can hold the apartment or if I can get my deposit back they just won’t answer…. This is the 3 business day I tried calling !! Was off to a great start but now I’m not getting anywhere with them at this point.

I was living here for 3 years, the place is at a nice area in Ann Arbor, and the apartment complex are great. Also, the manager Paul and the assistant are so helpful, efficient and friendly.
