At our first visit to a groomer EVER, Janet clipped my dog's nails so fast, so well, and so incredibly professionally I was speechless. I had gotten really frustrated with my inability to do it myself and decided to try QG's approach to my "uncooperative" 19 month old Lab. It was a great experience and I will certainly be an ongoing customer. Thanks, Janet.

Amazing experience! My dog was an absolute baby - whined the whole time, wriggled, tried to nip and everything. I was completely embarrassed but they handled it like champs and said she wasn't even that bad. Nails are done, and she loves the complimentary toy! We'll definitely be going back

Best grooming place in Ann Arbor. I took my pom to another grooming in AA but after 2nd time I noticed they’re not brushing my puppy through all his fur. Also I don’t know what happened but even parking at their parking space my puppy was terrified. But here, I had a perfect experience. I’m very picky when it comes to my puppy’s grooming, and quality grooming did a great job. They were very kind and professional. I asked for JUST bath and nail trim and they did it great.

Janet is incredible. We go there for a nail clip and she always finds time for our Otto. Shes quick and sweet and clearly loves the pets. Go there for your grooming needs, even if you have to get on the wait list!!

We used to love this place but definitely not anymore. They are unprofessional and unreliable.We were notified via text that Janet could no longer groom anymore. At that time, our entire family was worried for Janet since we’ve known her for years. When she was available again, she did not let us know. She says she called but she did not. I guess she kicked us off the schedule without letting us know. Our dog is hard to groom because she growls at everyone but Janet and she knows that. That’s why we are charged up to $70 sometimes for her groom, while other dogs her size (17 pounds) are $50-55.The only reason why we pay whatever price is asked is because we know our dog is comfortable with Janet. Even though our dog is left locked in the cages for hours, we know she is okay because she is familiar with the place. * they don’t bring dogs in and out. They’re usually in the cage for hours and only groomed for maybe an hour and a half.I understand that she is busy but at the very least, when someone calls you and texts you about an appointment, you reply. Especially when they’ve been going for years. You do not say “ok! Well she better go back to her other groomer. Ok bye!” And shrug it off. She told us her wait is until thanksgiving and I said ok and wanted to call back to schedule. But she said no. Like why would you even tell me that if you’re not going to groom the dog??The service has gone downhill since the business picked up. This used to be a very friendly place for all. Apparently not anymore.

I had a wonderful experience taking my cockapoo here. He is definitely not an easy dog when it comes to cutting his nails but they did an amazing job. Such kind employees as well. Can't wait to take my dog back!

I am completely disgusted with this place and the way we have been treated. We came because of the positive reviews. Our first experience was fine. A light trim and grooming (nails, wash, brush). We came back a second time and the trim was crooked, but given our first experience we decided to go back. This time they texted my wife the price for a full cut had gone up. She clarified that we had not asked for a full cut, just a light trim. When she arrived, three staff approched the register and began to argue with her about the price. She paid the increased price and THEN they presented my wife with our GoldenSammy ...with a VERY short cut. We had clearly scheduled a light trim and grooming, same as last time. They then did a full cut and charged for it. The groomer claimed that my wife asked for "a cut and take half off" which is NOT the case and NOT what was scheduled in advance. This is a double coated mix and should NOT have been cut this way. They have potentially done permanent damage to our poor pup as there is a significant chance the coat will not grow back correctly. They made a mistake and refuse to own up or even feel bad. In fact, they charged us more for the full cut we never asked for. They just keep insisting they are right because "summer gets hot with all that fur and it will grow back anyway" which shows a lack of understanding how a double coat works. Their lack of concern is in fact my biggest concern. We trusted them with our floofy boy and apparently were wrong to do so. Our pup is super depressed, and non playful right after which has never been the case. Will never go back and suggest you avoid them. I am sick over this disregard for our pup.

Jamie is great. I brought her a puppy that doesn't like baths or his face touched due to a bite from another dog and she manages his cleanings just fine and my dog likes her which is important in a breed that can quickly be unfriendly/aggressive. they also have great smelling products they wash the dogs with. we're happy to have settled in with jamie so quickly so that they have an established relationship for his entire life.

I took my dog Harper to Quality Grooming for a nail trim, first experience. Fabulous!! The groomer was patient, efficient, and kind to my furry girl. Her nails looked great and I've made Harper's next appointment. Definitely a five star visit!

Took my 5 year old long haired Chihuahua here for first time today. Everyone was quite kind and they gave him a great cut. 5/5 would recommend :)
