Customer service is AMAZING here! Not only were they super professional, but every single employee was so kind. Went for an oil change and I was out of the lot in 10-15 min! The even cleaned my window! My first time posting a review for an oil change because they went above and beyond. Will definitely be back!

I will only take my cars here from now on! I came in for an oil change and the young man and woman that helped me were so kind and friendly. As soon as I entered the bay, I was handed a cold bottle of water and a packet of dashboard wipes. There was no guilt or judgement, no sales pressure, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. When I went to pay, it was so incredibly inexpensive that I was taken aback. Fantastic service that I can't stop talking about!

Went there on Wednesday, 27 - drove right in and they started taking care of what I needed done, an oil change. It was quick and they checked the air pressure on the tires, topped of the windshield fluid and clean the windshield.

Best oil change in Washtenaw County. No upsells, quick service, friendly & competent staff and a free water when I pulled in. I’ve been everywhere else and wish I had found Choice years ago, could’ve saved a lot of time and money!

I had gotten my oil changed at a different place and saw dripping in my driveway, so I brought my car here to see if they’d be willing to check it out real quick and make sure everything is alright. They were so kind helpful, the employee told me whoever did it before just didn’t clean up the old oil and he cleaned it up for me and when I offered to pay him he said no thank you. So kind, I will be coming here from now on
