Been coming here for years. Great quality and they love the dogs so much. My dog is so excited when we arrive every time. I guess they have changed ownership. I really haven’t noticed. Always wonderful. Natos loves it!

?WARNING?DO NOT GO THERE?Been going 20 years. Always great friendly service. Took my Bubbles just last week. Was running a few minutes behind. Called to let them know. Left voice message.
Arrived around 9:20am. Walked in greeted rudely by new owner who barked at me ( no pun intended) that there was a $5 late fee and price of grooming gone up to $65! No prior notification! On the way home became really angry and upset as to my ‘greeting’. Was not going to pay a $5 late fee.
Wrote a check for $65. Went to pick up Bubbles. They looked at my check claiming I still owed $5. Said I wasn’t going to pay, especially given I’d called to let them know I was few minutes behind. Owner started literally screaming at me that she was the boss and made the rules. I was no longer a customer. When I tried to speak, she became more and more belligerent. Completely out of control! I was dumbfounded! After 20 years to be treated this way! Came right up into my face yelling for me leave and never come back! Really terrible. Unfortunately, I will never return. Recommend that no one use their services.?WARNING! DO NOT EVER GO THERE?

I went to this place for 2 years. The groomers were great, super reasonable prices, and zero issues. Unfortunately, I moved so that I am not that close anymore. :(

This place sold to a new owner. DO NOT GO THERE. I took my dogs to this location for over 15 years, including following moves by them to different locations. Connie the owner was great and CARED for the animals. I started with 4 dogs going and I am down to 2. One is 18 years old (less then 10 lbs) and a 6 year old spaniel. After all of these years, without an explanation, when I went to pickup the dogs, I was told to NOT BRING BACK THE OLD DOG but the 6 year old dog could still come back. No other explanation. Just NO. After 15 years of the same person taking care of my pets, an explanation would have been so nice. Come to find out, (after I called to find out that there is a new owner) my 18 year old dog with no teeth, no eye sight and no hearing "had a hard day" and that is why they don't want him back. I sure HOPE someday they ARE old and need care and are told they can't be cared for because "they had a hard DAY" KarmaUPDATE to owner response: It would have been great if what you wrote was true. After so many years, that is what I would have expected. You and I both know that is not what happened. I also have the recorded call. You asked why I waited 7 months to call? Because I felt I had to let others know how he was treated at the end of his life. He was too much work for the amount of pay I guess. Truth is, I would have paid more and assisted with the trim if need be. He is literally 12 lbs. Again, hope you have all good days.

The whole staff at Rox’s is OUTSTANDING!! They always do a great job with my nervous Maltese poodle and she looks great every time. Definitely recommend!

100/10 recommend Rox’s Ruff Cuts!! My dog looks fantastic and as cute as ever and the staff/groomers are awesome! I was having one of those hot mess mom days and everyone was so kind and patient with me! Will forever bring my shih tzu here!

We have been customers of Rox’s Ruff Cuts for over 20 years! While this is the 3rd (I think) owner, the quality of care and commitment to our current pup is just as high quality as we experienced with our first and 2nd dogs’ care. Our current pup knows when we are getting close to Rox’s and zooms in to greet the team and other visiting dogs. They do a great job caring for him and we are happy to recommend them!

I am THRILLED with the haircut that my handsome man received here. They were able to get me in super quick and Saeron did the best grooming we've had in the past few years. There are other groomers a bit closer to us, but going to Rox's is worth the drive for the quality of the grooming. They are now our new grooming salon and I couldn't be more impressed.
