Charged me $100 to get pulled out of some mud. Steep price, but i’m in a desperate situation, so i agree to pay $100. I was then told someone would be here in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, i called back and was told that yhey had to help somebody in an accident, but i’m next and it’ll be about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, i call again because i still have not seen a tow truck and was told that the truck was on the way to me and would be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, and they have stopped answering the phone. I’ve been waiting to be towed for almost 3 hours now. Needless to say, i would not recommend to a single person in need. Try budget towing. Theyre a bit more pricy, but theyre also more professional and were here in less than 10 minutes.

i had an accident and my car was left at the scene to be towed. i had 3 bags of clothes and blankets and pillows as i was on my way back from an up north trip. after my car was taken to their shop, the shop mysteriously couldnt find ANY of my stuff. they claimed that it must have flown out of the car when i crashed. they left my car in their lot and my parents said nothing was in the car. they even went to the scene of the accident to see. nothing. they didnt have an answer for me. i was very upset. after my parents demanded them to look at their security cameras, they just so happened to call within the next 30 minutes telling me my stuff was at the shop. then why couldnt any of my stuff be found when we were EXTENSIVELY looking. asking multiple people at the shop if they knew where my stuff was. still no answer. i think someone tried to steal my stuff here and when they realized we were onto them, they decided to come clean and tell me my stuff was there. i dont care what kind of shop you are. you shouldnt “lose” someones stuff. absolutely unacceptable. very suspicious and i feel they disrespected me by trying to get away with taking my stuff. just be warned when you have your vehicle towed. it is very common for stuff to be stolen by towtruck drivers according to my uncle who works for insurance. he said it happens all the time. i think i was just about to be their next victim. especially since i had expensive things in my bags like $1000 in cash and an ipad. never thought this would happen to me but it did.

Where do I start. At the scene of the accident the tow truck driver said that i cannot have my vehicle towed to my residence, which I've had done before. He told me he was taking it to their lot until i have a place chosen. Of course they want to collect storage fees and rake in more money. After signing a release form to obtain everything from my vehicle they told me that I still had to contact my insurance so they could set up a tow. This was probably one of the worst experiences I've had. My SUV was in their lot for almost a week which delayed me in getting a rental along with other things. AVOID this place at all cost.

We picked up a steel rod on the highway and stopped at the nearest exit. Googled towing and called this place. Very nice guy came to our rescue (2 women with 2 kids) within 15 mins. He was able to get our tire changed & helped us get on our way within an hour. Highly recommend!

Totally unprofessional and incompetent staff. A car I very recently purchased was towed and they refused accept the temporary plate to release which is a literal registration, even says it right on it. Instead they made be jump through hoops to obtain a registration which has not even been mailed from the dealership potentially costing me hundred of dollars.

Cruel and fraudulent company. Let’s be real, you probably don’t have a choice whether to patronize them. But if for some reason you’re here before they've fraudulently towed your car, avoid living, working, or shopping anywhere that contracts with these people or be prepared and get a dashcam to protect yourself. They towed my car for supposedly having three flat tires — the worker at the front desk wouldn’t even look outside at the car to see that the tires weren’t flat or consider they’d made a mistake. The driver who came out to pump up my tires did seem surprised and embarrassed when he saw that they were full, but still wouldn’t admit they had made a mistake. The paperwork was totally wrong— wrong car color, wrong address, wrong time, and wrong date. You could tell they had gotten a complaint about the car a few days ago when it was parked further down in the lot, arrived too late after I had pumped up my tires, and decided to take the car anyways because why not.Ironically I had pumped up all four tires to take the car to the store and have a receipt for almost the exact same time —to the quarter hour—that they claim to have towed the car. So again, get a dashcam if you have to live in a place that contracts with this company for your own sanity and peace of mind.

They build their business off of charging exorbitant prices and terrible customer service

Towed my son's car from a legal spot and charged him $350 to get it back a few hours later. We're filling a complaint with the Attorney General.

Towed my son's legally parked car and charged him $350 to get it back a few hours later. (If we called for a tow, would they charge that much?) We're filing a complaint with the Attorney General. It's practices like this that target the underprivileged.

They started towing my car with my DOG inside! I started screaming and chasing and they tried to blame me! Completely unprofessional, completely disrespectful, and worst of all, I was legally parked with a parking permit and they attempted to tow me anyways. They released my car from their tow vehicle without fining me as they were at fault but they should be held responsible for this terrible behavior, my dog and car could have both been harmed. This place should be shut down immediately. They are unprofessional, rude, risk the lives of pets for their personal financial gain, and do not take responsibility for their own mistakes.

I got hit, A2 Police wouldn't let me use my AAA. The towing company charges tow fee plus $45 to sprinkle oil dry on the street. $250 to get my car off their lot.

I hate to take a star away, but the guy who answered the phone was so awful - very rude, not super helpful, terrible attitude… BUT Luke the tow truck driver was 6/5 stars absolutely awesome. Very nice, very helpful, overall just a super great guy.

Amazing experience with Carl! Helped me get my battery started so I could drive to the shop for repair, offered me tips on my very rusted brakes, and was overall friendly, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Again, thank you Carl!! :)
