I bought my first pair of scrubs today, and the associates were so helpful and knowledgeable! The atmosphere was so friendly, I will definitely be coming back and recommending this store to others!

Ziggy was INCREDIBLY helpful today. My favorite ever scrubs were discontinued, and for my backup they only had one pair in my size… Ziggy took what little I could describe about what I wanted in scrubs and quickly found multiple alternatives for me that I genuinely love and walked out with! She was extremely helpful, but never pushy. She even went and grabbed a different size for me to pass over the door so I didn’t have to completely redress and go grab it.

I bought a scrub's top. I'm rhyme and it was shipped to me.It was small. The invoice clearly says that exchanges are free, the gentleman on the phone says they don't do that and wanted to charge me every stocking fee. I have a photo of the invoice below. We will also buy other complaint with the better business bureau. The order number is in the photo

I got my scrubs about a month ago, and they’ve been great! I also had SUCH a fantastic experience getting scrubs as a trans person who wasn’t enthusiastic about getting men vs. women clothes in the first place. Whoever the very nice woman was who helped my partner and I is, she deserves a raise! She was kind and patient and helped me find scrubs that I was comfortable in, were gender-affirming, and felt professional in. Thank you!!

Had a great experience at this store! One of the sale associates was soo helpful! When the store did not have my size in a pair of scrubs I liked, she called 7 different stores until she found them and had them delivered to my house! Honestly, she did go above and beyond for me😊😊😊
This will continue to be my go to place for hospital attire ❤️

Linda was super helpful! I’ve been a Nurse for over 15 years and it’s been a long time since I’ve bought scrubs in person. The store was clean, well supplied, and Linda was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will be back. So glad I came to shop in person. Thanks Linda!

Linda was super helpful!! I went in looking for a very specific scrub set. I walked in and she asked if she could help. I explained my situation and she told me they didn't have those specific scrubs in store, however they could order them online and she offered to have me try on a different scrub from the same brand to see what I thought of them. However, she didn't stop there. She helped me size correctly and understood that in the medical field, your bottoms stretch out super easy and talked with me through all of my concerns. Then at check out she helped me decide between the 2 scrubs and ordered what I asked for. I would recommend this locations 100% Thank you for being so nice and professional Linda!

Limited selection. I went in to do an exchange today. I asked the sales associate for the same pair of scrub bottoms in a different size. She didn’t bother getting the scrubs for me or even looking to see which pair I had originally she simply told me where I could find the brand. Then when I found a pair in my size there was a price difference. I asked why she said because it was a different size and I had purchased the other pair on sale. I didn’t feel like debating with her so I just paid the difference and left. It doesn’t make sense that I would need to pay more for a different size since there was not a significant difference in the sizes etc. I was the only customer in the store no reason for her to be unable to assist me in finding what I was looking for.

Erica was very helpful. She encouraged me to try the iogger style pants I did, and I love them. The fit was great. Erica does her job with a smile and is friendly.

9/10/2022 came to pick up my fiancé some scrubs before she goes into work. I happened to also work that day but got off in time for us to take a trip to scrubs & beyond for me to get met by a locked door and a posted note that read, "be back at 6:15". It was about 5:30pm at the time and my fiancé has to be at work by 6:30. What y'all got going on to whole out lock and leave the store!?
