Ed was terrific. I thought the water in my refrigerator was due to a clogged drainage water line but it turned out to be the gasket (lining) in one of the doors. The refrigerator is working perfectly now.

Abdal was very nice and despite a slight language barrier, he provided me with so much more information than the previous technician had. My dryer is working! He was fast and efficient and kept in mind that I had an event to head to.

Donta was excellent in his knowledge of the dishwasher and able to service it. We have 30 days to see if the washer continues to work as well as it did when he was done servicing it. He was very professional and friendly with great communication skills.
