Generally, folks have been really helpful and I like the store. I had some bad customer service today. I hope it's not a harbinger of things to come. If you're a woman, maybe go to the Plymouth Rd store ...just my personal experience.

The Hue Brother opened its service three years ago. We prefer SW because of the quality of its products. In addition, the service received, especially at the Washtenaw Ave store, is supreme. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very approachable. Brandon is a great team leader and has always helped me and guided me when I have questions or concerns. The rest of the staff is quite helpful as well. Big hurrah for Devon Dendritic, Josiah, and the rest of the crew!

Every time I go to this Sherwin Williams store I am able to get what I am looking for. Online orders are filled quickly and the associates are all very helpful and friendly. Brandon went above and beyond for me. This is my go to store and I’d recommend Sherwin Williams for any paint project.

joke, not a store. manager speaking with customer while other worker doing paint for the same customer. I spend 10 minutes waiting for them. also low stock on almost everything

The reviews were right about Brandon, he's great! Was a huge help for this first time painter. Great, quick service too! Glad I came to SW instead of Lowe's or somewhere else like that.

Worst Customer Experience...!!! Line out the door of customers and employees don't even say hello or we will be with you. Too busy in the back or just talking. No sense of urgency at all. Least favorite paint store in Ann Arbor..!!!

One of the worst and most uncoordinated paint stores I’ve ever had to deal with. I recommend driving across town to any other sherwin or going down the road to Benjamin Moore
