Firas, the store owner, provided exceptional customer service during the entire process of creating and installing my bridal shop sign. His attention to detail, timely permit acquisition, and the overall design of the sign exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend his services.

We had a bad experience with that company. We delivered load for them and they supposed to unload us at 9 am. Driver arrived on time, but they didn’t have crews to unload him. Day before delivery we called them and agreed for 9 am delivery. We also spoke with owner of that company at 9 am at the same day when delivery, but he didn’t figure out that issue. He said that he is 45 minutes away and will try his best to unload the truck. Looks like he did some another job and didn’t want to lift a finger and do everything what we agreed. Driver had to wait until 3 pm. when crews come and unload him. Finally We lost another load, we lost whole day , and driver had to go home 200 miles empty because it was Friday. They even didn’t tell “sorry “. Even nobody compensated for that. Horrible experience with them. We not recommending to make deliveries to them, because you can stuck for hours.

I had a great experience with Firas at Signarama on Washtenaw! When I initially called to inquire about the signs I wanted, he took the time to explain my options along with pricing and a timeline. They completed my signs much cheaper and much quicker than other local places I received quotes from. I'm very happy with the quality and highly recommend them for all of your signage needs.

great experience and final product. Firas was very timely and easy to communicate with. He was the only company that offered to come out to discuss the project, and came in at a very reasonable price. We love how our sign turned out! Planning to work with them again for additional sign needs.
