I enjoy each time that I go to Spenga. The place is so clean, the instructors are always motivating you to continue and yo to cardio, strength and yoga at the end, so you come out with a full exercise routine and with a lot of energy.

This is my favorite place to work out, I love the environment! Naomi and Lisa are my favorite trainers, they explain and plan the work outs really well and have awesome playlists

The best workout ever!!!! All of the staff are incredibly kind, but Naomi is definitely my favorite instructor! She makes the classes so fun and upbeat, and knows her stuff when it comes to maintaining proper form to avoid injury!! She motivates me to push myself harder and has been so sweet and caring about my fitness journey!

The classes I have attended have been the best experience. The coaches push you in all the right ways. My favorite class so far has been with Lisa! She does a great job at having you work and has a great playlist to go along with it! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Sunday REP is always a good time and today Sean delivered a great WERKout! An almost sold out session with an earlier time on daylight savings day no less. Can’t wait for next weekend!

Very great first experience. Sena was awesome! Chloe, Naomi, and other crew members are all very welcoming and friendly. I was initially only looking to join a yoga class but the team definitely made me feel comfortable to go back for more sessions.

I love SPENGA so much! It’s the perfect workout for me. Love how it’s never the same workout and all the instructors are so great and really care about their members! SPENGA has been so good for me both mentally and physically ❤️

I LOVED SPENGA! I moved to Michigan a few month back and have been trying different gyms and yoga studios. I haven't bought a membership anywhere because I hadn't found what I'm looking for. I tried this and right after class bought a membership. If you want to make it challenging, you can make it as hard as you want. If you need modifications they give you plenty and you can take it easy while still getting a great workout. I took class with Sean and there was a great balance of pushing us and also giving modifications/checking in on us. Callie, the front desk receptionist was so sweet and very welcoming. Lucy, the manager was very helpful with all of the questions I had. So happy to have found SPENGA

Spenga is a spectacular workout place! I joined the membership before the pandemic. After a short break, I just missed working out with some awesome instructors and cool classmates, so I resumed my membership last March and it has been wonderful till today. First of all, the setting is just perfect for a thorough workout, you get to enjoy spinning, strength training and yoga 20 minutes each for a total of a 60-minute session. Moreover, the lighting and vibe of the place is modern, private and comfortable. You feel focused and energized during the workout, and refreshed and revived after you step out of the place, and pretty soon you will be thinking of coming back. Most importantly, Spenga has diversified instructors/trainers, each of them has their own unique teaching style, but they are all personable and professional. It’s definitely fun and beneficial to mix and match your classes with different instructors. My favorite instructor is Michelle. Not only we share the same name, but also she is the star instructor. Her calm voice and philosophical guidance always takes me to a deep transformation physically, mentally and emotionally, and I always hit the Zen feeling after attending her class.

I’ve been going to Spenga for over a year and it’s the perfect workout for me. Every single staff member is incredibly friendly and the environment overall is chill but energetic at the same time. I typically make it to Lucy and Michelle’s classes most of the time and they are wonderful. Michelle is always helpful when I ask her for movement variations due to some low back pain.

Everyone was so welcoming. The staff made your first time very personalized. They took the time to show you the whole studio and what each area was. Then the helped you set your spin bike so that I’d fit your body and you were in proper body alignment and comfortable. I really enjoyed this work out. I woke up the next day with that hood after workout soreness and I knew that I had a great workout!!! I became a member after the very first class.

Ashley absolutely killed her last session! It was energetic, challenging and the perfect way to say “see you later”! Ashley is an instructor I actively look for on the schedule. She’s kind, attentive, patient and tough. She’ll be greatly missed!
