My car shopping experience overall was excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better sales person than Robbie Rodriquez! He was professional, yet friendly and he wasn't pushy at all and that's a real plus for me. He listened well and he kept my interests in mind when showing me available cars. The service techs and finance folks were also very efficient and caring which I appreciated. I drove home that evening in a new (to me) car! Overall, a great buying experience!

Customer service representative Nick was thoroughly in his assistance. Great people skills made my visit bearable. It's generally not enjoyable to get your car serviced after a holiday, however this was a very good experience.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with how this dealership treated me! I called the dealership to inquire about a Cadillac Escalade that was online for sale on Friday December 21 2025. When I spoke to the salesman they had the car in stock so we moved forward on purchasing the car. I was coming from Cleveland Ohio area to pickup the car on Monday December 24 2025. I gave them a $1000.00 deposit for that car, also they wanted a copy of my drivers license and proof of insurance on THAT car. The dealership ran my credit and it was approved for the car. I wanted the window’s tinted, which was scheduled for Monday morning so I could pick up the car after 12:00 PM on Monday. The deal was a done deal as far as I was concerned. To my surprise, I received a phone call from the salesman on Saturday afternoon December 22 2025, they had sold the car that I had put the deposit on. The salesman indicated to me that they had someone come in on Saturday morning and paid a much higher price for the Car then they were charging me for it, and it was a better deal for the dealership. I was told that the exact same car that I put the deposit on was coming in on a freight truck Sunday night .The car did show up on the freight truck, but it was a different vehicle than the one I put the deposit on. I have bought plenty of cars before and never had a experience like this in my entire life. Obviously, this dealership worries about themselves other than taking care of their customers, their management did not honor their word! Not only did they back out of the deal with me after a deposit was given in good faith, they also overcharged another customer for the same vehicle! By the way, I did find another car from a different dealership right around the corner, and it was an absolute wonderful experience!!

I felt like a queen on my last service appointment. My car was beautifully cleaned inside and out, my oil change was only about 15 or 20 mins longer than they said. I recieved a video of part of my inspection and a run down of all of the diagnostics. Nick I believe his name was , was very courteous and kind. To top it off I got the lounge all to myself.

Having been a customer for over two decades, when I needed new tires and brakes I went to the service department.
I was referred to Nick and he went above and beyond to get me in as soon as possible. Then, had it ready for me the next day! I always have a positive experience, but this time it was exceptional!
