Christopher Orr is Outstanding!!Although prepared, I was, of course a bit hesitant to make my purchase. Christopher took time With Me and very importantly Let Me Take My Time while I weighed a few options, also suggested some I'd not thought of which actually made things even easier than I'd hoped.Will definitely be returning and recommending this location and Mr. Orr to any who might be "in the market".

We made an appointment via online inquiry yo meet with Chris Orr, to look at a Tahoe and however when we arrived, sadly it had already sold. So Chris Orr was gracious, honest, and listened to my wants and needs and introduced me to a newer used expedition (because my husband really wanted me to test drive it) and I ended up falling in love. After test driving some other vehicles at other dealers near by,we came back and I closed the loop and took my vehicle HOME! I WILL recommend Chris and this dealership to anyone! Thank you for everything!

Our sales person Terry was fantastic about locating a hard to find vehicle, getting me exactly what I wanted, and keeping me updated on timing and availability. The delivery was another story. We had an appointment scheduled for 4:00 and arrived 10 minutes early, Terry showed us the vehicle, the features, and helped register us with Onstar. Unfortunately we than had to wait over an hour for someone to sign our contracts to complete the purchase. This was a cash purchase so we didn't have to go over financing. Our actual process took ~10 minutes, but forcing us to wait over an hour was unnecessary.

Doug E Fresh was by far the BEST automotive salesmen I’ve ever come across!! I’ve been looking for a car for the past few months nd a lot of the salesmen make you feel like a number but Doug makes you feel like FAMILY!! Got me the best deal I could’ve ever imagined. Put in an offer on a car online a couple weeks ago, did all of the pre-purchase items, and nobody from the staff ever got back to me. After a week, I sent messages to both my "concierge" and the initial confirmation email from the dealership re: my offer, but I was ignored.I'm assuming they sold the car out from under me, but I can't be sure because nobody from the staff replied to either of my emails/messages.The customer service was literally non-existent. They took all of my info and then sat in silence until my offer expired.

I cannot stress enough how awful my experience with this dealership has been! If I could, I would give them a rating of 0 stars!Please, for your own sake, avoid buying a car from this place at all costs! I purchased a Hyundai Tucson for $16,000 on June 17 , and the very next day, the dreaded engine light came on. When I reached out for assistance, I was shocked to learn that they conveniently failed to mention any warranty options during the paperwork process, and they claimed I refused one (which was never offered or explained).Desperate for help, I even contacted the branch manager, hoping for some resolution, but he reiterated the same disappointing response. Now, my car's engine light is permanently on, and it refuses to accelerate properly putting myself and my family in danger all the time. I took it to an auto repair shop, and their verdict was grim – a motor problem that is beyond repair, with a hefty $10,000 price tag for a new motor. Can you believe?! After only 3 months from buying it!I sincerely hope no one else has to endure the nightmare I've experienced with this dealership. Please heed this warning and steer clear of this place to protect yourself and your family from the dangers I unwittingly exposed mine to.

Eric Gilliam did an absolutely incredible job for the period (March) when my previous lease was up in guiding me through the lease extension time to delivery of my new 2024 Equinox in October, 2024. From ordering the new car to delivery, not sure why there was a delay in the transportation process from Mexico, it took more than 3 months to deliver, once the car was built. Fortunately GM Financial extended my old lease to fit the time frame. I couldn't be happier with my new ride, I call the Silver Streak. Thank you Eric, the deal wouldn't have come together without your expert help!

I purchased a used 2022 Chevy Colorado from Scott Schindler from Suburban Chevrolet in Ann Arbor (Jackson Rd.) at the end of June 2023, I liked the truck, however, I discovered the key would get stuck in the ignition after putting it in park, I found that I would have to start the truck put it in drive, move a little and then back to park because it would not work in the acc (auxiliary) mode either moving in and out of gear. I took it back into the dealership July 6th, had a tech drive it around with me in the front seat as well as Scott in the back and of course the key did not get stuck with the tech. I got a "sorry hunny, I don't know what to tell you" from the tech. (not cool) I left that day very discouraged and made to feel that it was a customer "me" thing and not the truck. side note, I have been driving for over 40 yrs and this has never happened before. :( The key continued to get stuck, I texted Scott on 7/10, 7/17, 7/24 weekly and NEVER once did he reply. However, I did have a great experience with the finance guy (Jack)(hence the two stars instead of one) but overall I was very disappointed with this experience and will never be back to that dealership. I traveled out to the dealership in Saline and they scheduled an appt. the same day, brought my truck back in a few days later and was fixed with a replaced gear shift.

I’m very disappointed at the moment. I drove from Rockford to Ann Arbor and made it known I was making a trip that would be a couple hours. I called to verify documentation I needed and to discuss the vehicle. They were so eager to get me to buy that they told me to come in and they would take care of me. Unbeknownst to me, the vehicle had not yet been inspected. As soon as I arrived I was made aware that the brakes were in terrible condition. I was a little skeptical, but they assured it would be serviced. I made a comment during the test drive about the windshield being cracked, salesman said that’s something that will need to be fixed at some point down the road. I was fine with that. I asked about the AC and turned it on and he just kind of mumbled that it takes a minute and changed the subject. He insisted the vehicle would be detailed and thoroughly inspected because he wanted the vehicle totally safe for my kids and I. He was gracious to deliver it to me, but after I called and emailed quote a few times. The communication was all on my end. I believe they squeezed my car in to the service center quickly and it wasn’t scheduled like they made it seem. I waited all day Wednesday (original delivery date) and he said it wouldn’t workout that day to deliver. I had to take the day off Thursday, which was unnecessary because it wasn’t delivered until around 6:30pm that evening. He had said there weren’t any leaks and the brakes were done but they still went all the way to the floor! On top of that, the two front tires were totally bald and unsafe so the following Monday I had to spend $240 on two new front tires. I have to wait to get the brakes inspected until next week, as my shop was booked. My air conditioning is also broken and I’m almost positive it’s leaking, which I have to also get inspected! This car was not serviced and I have tried to contact and email and have gotten nowhere! I should not be putting money into an $8500 van the first week. I believe since I’m two hours away they took advantage of that. I bought it because they said they were going to service and inspect it and that did not happen and should not have passed inspection. There is no reason I should be fixing these things at this point and I am so disappointed!

A great dealership to work with - highly recommend! We purchased from out of state and Sean White was amazing to work with and made the car buying process easy and stress-free. We flew in to pick up the vehicle and it was waiting for us inside all detailed and ready to go. We cannot be any happier with our experience and want to thank the entire team at Suburban Chevy for making it all happen especially shout out to Sean who went above expectations!

I came in to Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor and was greeted by Doug E Fresh and he took amazing care of me. He was not only a fun and great person to be around, he was all business and got me into a wonderful safe vehicle for my family. He steered me from cars that weren’t the right fit and helped me get something that really fits my personality too. He was so positive and made my experience not only seamless but he was FUN and that’s what I really needed. Doug E Fresh was the BEST. An absolutely honest and sweet guy! I’ll continue working with him anytime I need another care.

Got the Car I wanted at the price I wanted but what a waste of time. I scheduled a appointment with Doug E Fresh and he must have forgotten as the moment I arrived another appointment walked in who seemed to take his attention. I was simple already had the car I wanted picked already drove it just needed to pay. He left me sitting at a desk waiting for over 30 minutes while he disappeared on a test drive for the other group. Once back they are still priority and I then get everything signed and paid for and told I am good to go without my paperwork or keys. When I ask he says they will send the plate and paperwork and let me get the keys one sec. After he gets the keys I demand some kind of paperwork for the car so I can feel ok about leaving l. This process took almost 4 hours crazy. If you need a car and have limited time be mindful

We made an appointment to do a couple test drives and our car ended up acting up in a big way where we were nervous if we could make it there. The guys in service went out of their way to get our car in immediately and fixed it super quickly. Such nice people to work with!! We are super grateful.
