Just as shady as any other car dealer out there. Make sure you thoroughly check and test drive any used vehicle you decide to buy from these people. If you don't and you get a car with problems you're going to get the same run around any dealership will give you they do not want to fix or honor the warranty they put on their vehicles.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Talk about bait and switch and scamming! Don't believe what cars they have posted! After talking with Nick, I drove an hour to see the car I wanted, only to be told it was recently sold. Then I was directed to a different car in the lot, that I bet they're having a hard time selling. Lastly, the building is so disgusting that it reminded me of a Grandpa's 1970s auto parts store that hasn't been cleaned in a decade. The lot is part gravel and dirt. I have trouble believing they are associated with Suburban Cadillac down the road. Don't. Go. There.

Would put zero stars if I could.
I called about a Honda Odyssey I was wanting to come look at and possibly purchase. I was told numerous times that it was still available. I even asked multiple times making sure before I drove an hour to come check it out. Scott told me it was.
We get there to check it out and take it for a test drive. We are there for an hour making sure it looks good and ready to test drive. Scott went to fill it with gas and when he got back told us that it was sold and he didn't know.
Wasted half my day checking out a vehicle that was already sold and the salesman didn't even know.
How do you run a business not knowing what cars on your lot are available or not.
Do not recommend. Vehicles are trashed anyway. Stay away

I had an extremely disappointing experience purchasing a car from Suburban Outlet. The dealership failed to disclose numerous mechanical issues with the car, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied. The manager's rude behavior only added to the unpleasant encounter. Their strict policies and lack of transparency make me regret choosing them. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dealership. In my opinion, they are nothing short of thieves and cheaters. I strongly advise against buying from them.

Extremely Dissatisfied with this dealership
I purchased a 2012 Subaru from this dealership and my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. The car has numerous mechanical issues, and it's evident that I was deceived during the purchase process. The dealership's lack of transparency and the subpar condition of the vehicle have left me thoroughly disappointed. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Bought a car there for 3k, found out myself that it was in an accident prior and was fine with that but surprised they never told me. After putting another 3k into the car I discovered that it was in a flood and there was a hole in the floor of the car. Ended up having to salvage the car and only getting 1k for its parts. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam at all costs. This all happened when I was just 16 and saved up all my money for a car. I put my trust in them and they failed me. Don't go.

Put a fair offer in for a cargo van willing to pay cash. They counter offered and I was prepared to accept. They sold it 20 minutes later. I asked Brandon please don’t sell this out from under me. Let me know. He said “I won’t” “I will definitely call you”. Disappointed in the lack of Honesty. Should have told the buyer he had someone with an offer on the table…who knows he could have had a bidding war…and made more money…

To sum is up for me this was the worst buying experience I've had from here. I won't be back @ all I just happen to like the car that is it. The drive there was a waste of time and energy. Not professional @ all and no consideration of people time. I didn't read the reviews until now and I can relate since it happen to me. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere. The car I was looking @ was dirty and the inside was dirty. I mean they treat used cars like trash good thing I liked the car is it wasn't for that I would of left the car sitting. This place and the employees need to pull it together and be more considerate of others time. I had to plea pretty much to get a full tank of gas to get back home to Ohio which was 3 and half hour away. Not only that me and my family waiting for two hours and didn't even offer us a beverage. I won't be back that is for sure

I have to be honest I was a little nervous about meeting Ashton based on the negative reviews but I came in there with expectations that I was to be called if anything happened with the vehicles that I wanted to test drive. Unfortunately I test drove the wrong vehicle at first Because the inventory had just been updated and she didn’t realize they were two of the same car (same model different trim) after that I ended up test driving the other vehicle but I will be going in the next day to get a full test drive of the vehicle that I wanted to see. Human error happens but over all I had a positive experience here and some of the prices are fair.

Waste of time. Not only do they not negotiate but they lie and will try and tell you the rest of the dealers in the area don't negotiate as well. Even if the car isn't running right and has a check engine light. It's obviously why their cars sit on the lot forever and never get bought. I will never shop at a Suburban dealership ever again.

Ashton and Mark did a great job getting us into a used Jeep Wrangler. The service department fixed a brake line and mount free of charge even as I purchased as is. They still did an oil change and checked the safety of this vehicle. I would recommend and their prices are very reasonable.

Went in and met Ashton, and looked at an Equinox from online. Was told it was available UNTIL we got there. So we were shown a similar Equinox. Got it in mid July, timing chain broke in 2 months and ruined engine. Called and they would not do anything. No help. No split difference. Just a load of "not our problem". DO NOT SHOP HERE. I feel we would've not had the issue if we would've seen the car we wanted. Not only that, the used car manager said this is a known issue on Equinox and never said anything about the possibility. Do Not TRUST THEM!
