Took the Autumn in France class with Chef Marcia. Her positive energy and practical approach made it a fun learning experience. It was quite evident she enjoys sharing her skills. Not sure if I liked making or eating the food more, but will definitely go back.

The pasta-making class with Chef Marcia was great! She was knowledgeable, funny, and you could tell she really enjoys teaching people about food. Both the Pesto Farfalle and the Tuscan Pappardelle dishes we made were so delicious! I'm looking forward to future cooking classes with Chef Marcia!
