Might be the worst internet company you can use. They hire 3rd party companies off Facebook marketplace who can’t install cables properly and have outages at least 3 times a week that last over 8 hours.

9/10 times the WiFi will be down for hours or even days on end. The few times I even bothered to call the helpline, the people are nice enough, but nothing could be a bigger waste of time. I filled out a form and was told I’d get a call from a technician soon. Heard absolutely nothing weeks later I get a call asking if they can close the ticket. Sure whatever I wouldn’t move into any place that uses this service

If i can i would give 0 zero stars. They have slow speed internet which doesn’t work at all and all the time you need to call in every week to get it fixed and still have problems

Frustrating, helpless customer service to say the least.WiFi box inexplicably went dead one day and spent over 4 days without any internet connection speaking to multiple hapless customer service officers over the hotline who assured me that concrete action to fix it would be taken within 24 hours - yet after 4 days the issue remains.The only good thing about them is that someone actually picks up the phone, but what's the point of picking up the phone if no action is taken after the empty words of customer service officers are spoken?

I have dealt with members of the Synergy team and can only that they have been nothing but professionals. Any issues that came up they handled them amazingly. Can only say positive things about them. Also got to love Ann Arbor (Go Blue)

Synergy is the company my college-affiliated apartment complex decided to go with and it has been nothing but issues. People came in to check our routers, but due to "unforeseen delays in fiber construction" we have had unbearably slow internet speeds. I'm talking 0.5mb/s download speed and like 1mb/s upload speed. I can't even load my online textbooks using the wifi. We were told that it should be fixed by 8/28/23 but that did not happen and we have not received any other communication regarding what needs to happen or how long it will take. Obviously fiber optic is the more desirable internet option, but the construction process is known to have complications that should have been factored in. But, they provide *some* connection, so my guess is their indefinite delays don't go against their contract. Calling their help desk number dug up no new information, no ETA, no additional information.

Payed for an apartment with high speed wifi and ended up with an apartment with no wifi as the wifi never works

Abandoned the property I am currently living at halfway through the installation process, left us with an incredibly slow temporary network, and have refused to give updates to residents or property management.

Their Wifi is always down. They used to have a good support desk, but now they make you fill out four pages of forms just to get in contact with someone.If you're reading this Synergy Fiber: Fire whoever thought it was a good idea to use Google forms for support ticketing. It's 2023, not 2009—make your own. As is, the whole process looks and feels like a high school election ballot.

I live all the way in Idaho and for some reason the rental company I go thru has decided to go with this company instead of the two local providers. So far haven’t seen any benefit to this, as coverage, accessibility, quality, and consistency are all issues this wifi company has. Chances are you won’t have a choice if they are your provider like me.

Synergy wifi has been pretty easy... enter in the pass code with lease and its connected. I've had a couple issues with my smart devices but called them up and was resolved in a day or so ... NBD. After I got all my stuff set up it was smooth sailing :)

I've been meaning to write this review for months, but its hard when you have no wifi!! Synergy Fiber is a complete scam. The wifi can't even be classified as bad, its nonexistent. I've been unable to connect to internet despite my numerous and varied attempts and on top of that, I can't even get in contact with an agent to help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible internet provider that is used by our apartment building Identity. Never had such unreliable connectivity, and most of the time can’t even connect at all.
