It's kind of like Cheers. You are a stranger here but once.I was made welcome, treated with dignity and respect and not made to feel that I was "too much trouble".Anthony explained everything as we went along doing a warranty exchange on a $ 1000.00 used phone that was sold to me as new.He answered every question about the phone that the previousT - Mobile store could not be bothered to do. He made sure I had a clear understanding of the basics of this beautiful, incredible phone as well as all the fun extras.His time and understanding has gone a long way to improve my Google Pixel 8 Pro experience.No regrets for what I had to go through to get to this store, these people, and good soul Anthony.Highly recommend !!!

Alex helped us with new phones and home internet we bought from T-Mobile. He was excellent to work with, very nice and knowledgeable. Transferred our data to new phones and activated them and home internet device. Helped set up our new account and helped us save money by getting us the best of the different plans and deals that worked for our family. I will definitely be back to see Alex for all of our mobile phone needs. Highly recommended.

I cannot sing the praises of this store enough. Went in at 11:30 in the morning to switch from straight talk to t mobile and get new phones. We worked with Alex, the manager. I had issues with straight talk holding our phone numbers hostage and then transferring info from my old iPhone to my new one, which resulted with us staying at t mobile for 6+ hours with our toddler. He never once had an attitude with us, our toddler (who was alternating between meltdowns and running around the store laughing), or other people he served (some of which were not pleasant back to him and Jasper, his coworker). I will definitely be returning to this store for anything we need because of the great customer service! ?

I walked in as was greeted immediately by Alex. He was so patient with me and my low tech understanding of my issue. He told another woman he'd been helping that her phone was loading or charging so he would assist me and be with her in a couple of minutes. And he was! He fixed my issue in 2 minutes. A very calm, helpful, and kind young man.

Alex is the most polite, pleasant and helpful representative in all T mobile stores combined. If I could give him higher than 5 stars I would. I went in to recharge my son's prepaid phone and Alex did it efficiently & professionally. Alex deserves a raise and a promotion. T mobile, Alex is a great asset to you and I hope the company gives him what he deserves and earns.

The company and I been having some issues ever since I was forced to this company by the Sprint merger. Today I came to this location and Alex was AMAZING! Very professional and his coworker was just as great although I didn't deal with her directly. I was patiently waiting and observed her professionalism with the client she was with. I am so impressed and highly recommend this store location! I was really planning on serving ties with this company but after this encounter, it completely changed my mind and attitude towards this whole company! thank you so much! I sincerely appreciate this experience!

Alex helped us switch from Verizon to T Mobile and was incredibly helpful. He patiently walked us through the process, explained all the details, and answered all of our questions. We had a great experience at this T Mobile store and will certainly be back if we ever need anything.

This T-Mobile misled my mother (ESL) into buying the new iPhone 14 under the guise of being able to use the phone overseas.My mother went to this store expecting someone to help with an overseas plan that she was able to use to take to her trip to Italy. They pushed her to buy the latest phone in order to make a plan like that. Alex had her sign the contract to put her on the hook with something that she did not want.This is manipulative tactics to meet their sales goals. This is unacceptable; considering it is trying to pull the wool over an older woman whose first language isn’t English.Edit 1: In response….There is no possible way that she came to the decision herself; she wanted to be able to use her OWN phone for the trip. She is of a different generation and culture who uses everything until it fully breaks (then reuses the broken parts until they break as well). After an hour of standing with you pressuring her, she succumbed to it. Was there no alternative to using a phone overseas except to buy a new phone?!All in all, I have no malice towards Alex or T-Mobile. I just hope that they learn from this negative experience.

Yesterday, we switched from our old carrier to T Mobile. We went to the store on Maple Rd. in Ann Arbor and had a wonderful experience. Alex was our sales person and he was very knowledgeable and kind. In fact, everyone working that day was great. I would highly recommend using this T Mobile store!Diane

Abraham at store #332E (N. Maple Road, Ann Arbor) was friendly while he could sell us something but when problems arose, he became unhelpful, untruthful, and even passive aggressive. He sold us a Prepaid number and SIM card -- so far so good. The number should have worked immediately but when it didn't, he said it would take up to 20 minutes to become activated. So we waited. After 20 minutes it still didn't work and asked for his help. He called tech support and while on hold, mentioned that there were no refunds on Prepaid. I said I didn't want a refund but a working product for the money I paid. He then repeated that there were no refunds on Prepaid. Then he printed a receipt (hadn't printed one earlier) and highlighted the section that "Prepaid services...are non-refundable." At this point I had been in the store for close to 2 hours and I needed to leave for an appointment. He then said that if I wasn't 'willing' to wait, then I just needed to know that there were no refunds. He kept repeating this like a broken record. He was so concerned about not giving me a refund and never once mentioned that, in fact, on the same day, you can simply VOID a transaction. He could have simply voided the bad number and SIM card purchase, issued another one within seconds and I would have left a satisfied customer. But this way he cheated me out of $66.60, deceived me for claiming that I could not get my money back for a product that I paid for but didn't work, wasted nearly 2 hours of my time here and another 3 hours at another location to rectify this error, now earned this awful review, and lost my and my family's business at this location forever. Was it really worth it for you? I doubt T-Mobile would agree that kind of behavior is in line with their company's philosophy.

I went into this store looking for a missing cell phone. I used google "find my phone" and saw that it was somewhere near this store. I was met by a sales person who immediately tried to sell me a t-mobile phone--this is understandable, it is his job. I explained my situation and asked if anyone had traded in a phone or turned in a phone recently as I had lost mine. He continued to try to get me to switch my service provider without acknowledging my request. I then used my laptop to turn on the feature that would make my phone ring if it was in the vicinity. He immediately asked me to leave the store and not return. I was crying and frustrated. He never turned off his salesman facade and never addressed me as a human being who needed help. He did not take down contact information in case the phone was found. What frustrates me the most, is that if he would have stopped trying to sell me a phone and actually helped me/ cared about my situation, I might have considered switching my service provider. Now I never will.

Alex assisted us with migrating our phone numbers from Verizon. He was courteous, well-spoken, clear and knowledgeable about how to accomplish this, and he seamlessly shepherded us through the process, including giving us tips on how to activate add-ons and set up Autopay. It was a great customer-service experience. I can't comment on T-Mobile cellular service until we have more experience with our phones.
