Come check out The Mix!!! I have taken 5 classes so far, and they have all been wonderful, my favorite is the Bounce 1 class which is cardio class with amazing music using a trampoline!

A search for community during pandemic isolation led me to The Mix Studios, and I am so grateful I started taking classes with owner, Sarah Kreiner! She is an exceptional fitness professional with a holistic approach to fitness and wellness. Sarah brings warmth, positivity, and humor to every class and has taught me to listen to and appreciate my body. With support from others, she has built two studio spaces that provide space for healing and growth, mentors other trainers, and continues to build her skills and knowledge. I highly recommend reaching out to Sarah and trying a class at The Mix Studios!

This is a wonderful, local studio to get a good workout. The instructors are all really encouraging and kind. There is a lot of joy and it just feels like a safe environment to work on yourself. I would recommend the bounce class if you want to get your heart rate up and not feel sore the next day.

I have taken several Zoom classes from The Mix and have always had a great experience. The instructors are friendly and happy to see you and they make an effort to ensure you are getting a good workout and using good form while also providing modifications and advice along the way. Highly recommend!

I love The Mix! I signed up for a few personal training sessions with Joe and I'm now taking classes online. Sarah and her team are amazing and really work hard to meet you where you are. So grateful to have this local studio nearby in Ypsi.

After years of struggling with achy, sore knees, Bounce at The Mix has finally given me tools to strengthen the surrounding muscles and get a great cardio workout with no pain! This is a game-changer for me. As an added bonus, I've lost inches on my waist and can see increased muscle tone in my legs. The online Zoom classes are great and provide the flexibility I need for my busy schedule. I am recommending Bounce to all my friends looking for a fast, impactful, and FUN workout!

I love The Mix Studios! They are a unique company that really creates a community and a fun atmosphere, which makes me want to work out! A friend got me into the Bounce rebounding classes, and I’m so glad she did. The instructors are great. I love Sunday morning Bounce 1 classes with Zaynab. She’s awesome. I also enjoy their Total Body classes and am looking forward to trying out other classes. If you haven’t been there, try it out! I highly recommend it.

Sarah is extremely supportive! She is works with me during the month to modify my workouts for when I am home, when I am traveling, when I have back to back events! She also understands that somethings feel better to me than others! An amazing trainer and business woman!Thank you!

I've never joined a gym before, but after my first few classes, I bought a membership! All the instructors and other participants have been really welcoming and supportive. The strength training classes are awesome, and the new Dance Bounce class is SO FUN. Who knew I'd actually like lifting weights and doing cardio?!

I started at the Mix in December 2021 and have continued with a couple of morning strength training classes each week, and this is the first time I've stuck with exercise consistently. It's because of how thoughtful Sarah is by providing workout alternatives, helping guide better form, and meeting people where they are with their fitness. It might be hard to get up in the morning, but now I look forward to it because I feel better during the day and am getting stronger.

This is a gem of a studio tucked into a unique space in Depot Town. I LOVED the Bounce class! You get your cardio while bouncing on a mini-trampoline to fun music, then relax and stretch your muscles with foam rollers for a cool-down. The instructors are top-notch, offering a varied workout, positive attitude, and gentle encouragement along the way. I felt instantly welcomed here, regardless of my level of fitness. I would definitely be a long-term member if I lived here! Sarah's level of personal involvement in the daily workings of the studio is evident - this feels like a very well-run and successful small business. Plus - they're such nice people! :)

I'm loving my workouts with the Mix Fitness Studios! I do all the workouts via Zoom and it works great! It's so convenient, but I still get that personal attention. I can see myself working out with this gym for a long time as they are also very affordable.

This is an intimate space where the instructors take time to help each member perform their best. Class sizes are small, the instructors know your name. The owner takes great care to help you work toward your goal and choose the right classes for you.
