Upon entering our room there was a strong musty smell, after looking around we realised it was FULL of mold. The whole room was covered in it, I've never seen anything like it. The frame in the main door frame the walls in the main room and ALL over the washroom.We requested a room change and were given the room next door. Smelled significantly better but as we laid there we could hear some kind of animal in the wall of the washroom and just general noise all night long. Also, pretty moldy in the washroom ( nothing in comparison to the first room). Cobwebs, stains, human hair balls on the bathroom towels, etc. Pictures attached are from the first room. There wasn't anything when we went looking for breakfast at 8:45 am.

It wasn't a planned visit, however, given my situation and financial position at the time, they were amazing and very accommodating especially when I had to extend my checkout in order to get the money transferred to pay for each day almost. I stayed for over a week and I didn't have one issue with them waiting for me to pay until 2-3pm sometimes! They were great, patient, extremely professional and helpful and I will definitely be visiting again soon!

Really old room, little to no amenities, it did serve its purpose for a game weekend trip, but expect no frills.

This hotel is very dated, it looked like 1960. The room was clean. Finding the driveway was difficult--it was very narrow and on a busy street. It was convenient to the university, where we were attending a sporting event.

Would only come back for location.The room was SO dirty and the dusty and really not well kept AT ALL.I mean wrappers under the bedstons of dust and cobwebs in the windows. This seems like easy keep ups,Towels were miserably rough like old shop rags, the shower was peeling, and the room StunkGood location to walk 1.9 miles to the Big House, but will certainly pay more somewhere else next time.

Was not worth the money we payed. The filters and the ac looked like they’ve never been cleaned the shower backed up as soon as you turned the water. The towels looked like they’ve been in rotation since Michigans last national championship. Save your money for somewhere

In general, the place is a dump. It smells like old mildew. Expect below mediocre. My friends staying in a different room found bugs in the bed. My other friend said her sheets had terrible stains. No hair dryers in the rooms and the office is only open certain hours, so they were no help. The only decent attribute is the location, which is somewhat located close to things, although not in the city center and not a walkable area. We would not ever stay here again and certainly would not recommend it.

I have stayed in some what were refer to as rat traps, but this is the worst of worst. First room the carpets, walls and doors were filthy, towels were dingy and well worn, the bathroom shower had cracked tiles and mildew , inoperable tv, the door jams had rotting wood and barely closed. Second night we had to move to another room because the tv again didn't work and the sink wasn't draining. This room wasn't any better; old stained dingy linens, a tub that the drain housing wasn't set in place, a 18x18 hole in the bathroom wall where a heater had been removed that was covered by a small cabinet- no attempt to repair the wall, stains and bubbling on the ceiling. I could keep on with the poor condition of this place but I'm sure you get the point. The only thing I can say is that it is conveniently located to the stadium.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I made a reservation a month ago and drove all the way from Chicago. When I arrived, no one was here at the hotel. Only a SIGN on the door that said all reservations are cancelled. NO ONE called me to tell me so I could find another hotel, NO ONE answered the hotel phone. How disrespectful and unprofessional

Our room was perfect for our plans. The furnishings were older but everything was clean. They were very accommodating when we had car trouble and arrived very late. Would stay here again.

Bathroom wasn’t clean - hair and toiletries from previous guest still present.Bathroom fan not working - it has likely been that way a long time, as paint was peeling and the bathroom door was expanding and cracking due to moisture.Toilets whistled loudly every time you or your neighbor flushed.It also affected water pressure and temperature in the shower if your neighbor was also showering.The bed was way too soft for our liking - it did not provide back support as evidenced by morning back pain.

The room smelled so bad that my clothes I hung up for my very short 1 night stay smelled bad the next day when I got home. Very disappointed with my stay. Shower had so many hairs in it and was clearly not cleaned. When I told the front desk she did nothing about it.
