The people that run this place aren’t smart at all. The residents place orders and there’s nowhere to park. The residents aren’t to bright either because they want people to deliver to their doors. This is the epitome of Ann Arbor not the slightest hint of common sense

Probably the worst apartment you can even find in Ann Arbor. Not even worth a 1-star. The staff will just enter your flat without any notice…
Also, the salesperson is a liar, saying there would be a price increase to deceive you into signing the contract, but it turned out to be just a scam…and the price actually went 50% down after August.
The staff is irresponsible and will not even pretend to try to help you. They always say please email or call them later but they never reply.

Signing a lease with the Yard was such a good decision! Not a bad location, great pricing, amazing facilities, and the staff I’ve interacted with have all been very nice. One thing I will say is emails may not be the best way to reach them if you have questions as it take a while for them to get back, but I do recommend calling. Overall, I’m very excited to live here next year!!

Took a tour of this building. Love the vibe of the place and the location! Perfect location for football season and walking to the stadium! The office staff was really nice and answered all of my questions.

The Yard is a gorgeous place to live! It has the best amenities and is an affordable way to do Ann Arbor high rise living. Can't wait to make more memories here!

The staff is so mean and not helpful in the office, and I am previous resident and I shipped my package accidentally to here, and the staff even don’t want to check for me, and Blame my fault to not change the address

The apartment itself was OK, but make sure to do your walk through inspection with them. My son took over a lease with 3 months left. Once the lease ended, he turned in the keys and left. After a month of not receiving the security deposit back, they said the full $200 security deposit was mailed out in a check, but they would send another one. Weeks after the initial call, we received the inspection checklist saying that there was damage and charged a cleaning fee. They were only refunding $10. The "inspection" was done more than 30 days after my son moved out, and after my initial phone call. They are thieves and liars, preying on college kids. Don't expect to get your deposit back.
