Wish we could give more stars! They were able to find replacement parts for our broken water faucets that were old and obscure (plus the manufacturer was no longer around). Wow and Thank You so much!!!

Not all heroes wear capes. Jake at Stadium Hardware helped in a big way when our compressor fan went out in our AC unit in the middle of a heat wave. He called around, found the part for us, went to the distributor to pick it up, and had it ready for us in a timely fashion. He did all of this with great communication. We really appreciated him. His boss even shared some HVAC expertise to help us save some money. Great team. Five stars.

ABOVE & BEYOND customer service. I had the unfortunate circumstance of returning an item without a receipt and Bill helped me out. He immediately understood the situation and swapped out my item for a new one, no red tape at all. I thanked him for making it so easy and he simply responded 'That's what we do because we're a small town business'. Nuff said...
