I highly recommend this U-Haul neighborhood location at Carpenter Brother's in Ann Arbor.
I reserved the u-haul online, and then went in and confirmed all of the information with the employee. The entire process from arrival to driving out of the lot took less than 10 minutes. Painless and easy! :)

Our trailer connection was severed after it was dragged along the road (inadvertently). we called this location on a Friday afternoon, the owner had our trailer fixed within the hour!!! I really appreciated the service!!
